• Great Location, close to shopping and dining, the best in free morning breakfast.
• The beds were hard as rock. Other Spring Hills had memory foam, not this one.

• The price and breakfast was good.
• We thought we would have two double beds.

“The hotel is in a great location next to shopping malls and restaurants. The hot breakfast was very nice and hotel clean. We did not get two double beds which surprised us. We had one bed and one sofa sleeper for our adult child.”

• Friendliness of front dust personnel and our room was very nice with everything working.
• I liked everything.

“Hotel was easy to locate. The front desk personnel greeted us very cordially. The room was very well cleaned and all the amenities were there. The breakfast offered was very nice and included anything you might want or come to expect for a complimentary breakfast. The cleanup of the tables was quick and done by friendly staff. We were very impressed with the entire property and would stay here again without any problem.”

• Baby in the next room, and illicit smokers somewhere close.

• Heat never went above 68* regardless of setting.

• The hotel itself was fine, the employees is what I had a problem with.
• I was charged for something I didnt do.

“The hotel was fine, I've stayed at this hotel before, just in a different location. I have a problem with being charged for something I didn't do. The hotel is smoke-free, but I was charged $250 for being accused of smoking, when in fact I dont even smoke. So now I'm disputing the charges with my bank, but I will never stay at that particular hotel again..”

• Clean, efficient space utilization, had refrigerator.
• Needs just a few more square feet for luggage bench, etc.

• The free hot breakfast was great.
• The room size was smaller than most suites we shave stayed in.

“The location was great for shopping and close to I-290. The staff was pleasant and helpful. The pool and whirlpool was fun, too. The only drawback was the size of the room.”

• Overall pleasing decor, very nice breakfast bar selections, including fresh waffles.
• Difficult to locate the hotel, off of the main road.

“The accommodations were clean, pleasing in appearance, very nice pool/hot tub, exercise facility and 24 hour computer business center. The suites were not large, and there was no division between the bedroom area and living area, but it nicely accommodated our family of four. The microwave and fridge were small, not something that you could really use for eating. Overall, it felt very homelike for a hotel away from home.”

• Suite accommodations gave me more than enough room to work in the room comfortably.
• Nothing to dislike.

• The complimentary breakfast was fantastic! It was great for Chicago fun.
• I wish they separated the shampoo and conditioner into two bottles. The combined stuff does not always work so well.

• Didn't get the room I reserved.

“Overall, the hotel is great and near shopping and plenty of things to do. However, I had reserved a king bed/sleeper sofa room and was told on arrival that another guest had decided to stay another night, so we were being bumped to a room with 2 double beds. I found this unacceptable and was not compensated at all for the inconvenience. What was the point of me making a reservation for a king bed?”

• Nothing- very pleased.

“We were very pleased with our stay at Spring hill Suites. The staff was friendly, the hotel was nicely decorated and very clean and the amenities were very nice as well. The king size bed felt luxurious with quality linens and the room was tastefully decorated and had everything we needed. We requested a crib which was delivered to our room shortly after we arrived. The pool was warm and the breakfast was good with a lot to choose from. This hotel was a very good value- more of an upscale feeling at a very reasonable price.”

• We were greeted by a friendly, smiling person who was more than willing to make our stay comfortable.
• We were completely satisfied.

“Being our first stay with Spring hill, we weren't sure what to expect. For the price, we were definitely happy with the service, friendliness, and quality of the facility. It served our needs and we've added Spring hill to our choice list for the future.”

• expected non-smoking, got stuck in smoking room

“Overall, the hotel exceeded my expectations as a facility. I was disappointed to be placed in a smoking room, although I was told I would be in a NS room.
The continental breakfast was excellent with good selection.”
