• They were very accommodating when my room did not have internet access. I was moved to room with wireless.
• It was noisy overlooking the recreation area, but by 10:00 pm it was quiet.

“It was a really bad experience. The fire alarms keep going off every 15 minutes. And all they could say was there is something wrong with their systems.”

• It was clean and had a nice activity area.
• I was told I would have at least a queen bed and got a full size.

“Its not easy to get to, rooms are old but they are trying to up grade some of them and when I said that my room did not have a queen size bed the clerk insisted it was and I know it was not because I have a queen at home but other than that it was ok for the price.”

• Check in time was acceptable.
• A/C did not work well and pool area safety issue, room not completely clean.

“This hotel is appealing in appearance and size but the small items made this stay less than desirable, be careful at the pool area very slippery, Mini golf pricey, and bowling pricey, although The staff was friendly and helpful.”

• GREAT staff. Extra bed in room? No charge! Bartender bought me a drink! Friendly waitress in cafe!
• Wedding ball room was on main floor very close to guest rooms.

“A great value. Nothing fancy, but has a little bit of everything, from large, clean rooms, a very nice bar with both atrium and outdoor seating to escape the smoke. Includes use of a very good health club next door. Indoor pool area has lots for kids, including mini bowling and mini-golf -- indoors. But best of all is the friendly staff. If they can't make you feel at home, no one can.”

• Great location, great mini-golf, OK pool.
• Full sized beds - not comfortable at all!

“This was a nice hotel. It was in a great location and had some good features. The beds were very uncomfortable - mostly because there were two full sized beds where queens should have been. Would work great for a large party over night.”

• Tiffany the front desk clerk was the only good thing besides the location!
• Very Deceiving mini-golf and bowling are extra hidden costs, pool closed!, extremely poor continental breakfast which you had to have tickets for?!

“I would never stay here again. Non-accommodating and extra hidden costs everywhere. Continental breakfast was HORRIBLE!!! Information given was different depending on who and when you asked. Wouldn't recommend it.”

• Absolutely nothing - worst stay I've had.
• Stale smell of smoke, broken outside door handle, water stained ceiling, uncontrolled air conditioning.

“It started out with poor customer service at the front desk. The side / outside door closest to my room had a broken handle (which I cut my finger on). My hotel room door didn't shut all the way unless I forced it closed. The room smelled of stale smoke even though it was a non-smoking room. The air conditioning could not be controlled in the room. There was a huge water stain on the ceiling inside my hotel room. And the customer service at the desk upon my checkout was very unfriendly and almost annoyed that I was "interrupting" their day. Overall it was probably the worst hotel experience I've ever had.”

• Has a hot tub, and features indoor bowling!
• Had to sign a "release form" on arrival stating that due to a party hosted at the hotel, there might be loud noise until 2:30 am!

“The hotel was not very clean, looked worn, and had a very stale smell. We could not get the Internet access to work. The air conditioner was loud, but did not work very well. Had it not been Air venture/Oshkosh week in Wisconsin, we would have moved to a different hotel. This hotel was not worth what was charged.”

• Nice family atmosphere with lots for the kids to do.
• Very old, dated hotel. Extremely noisy until 3am every night.

“This hotel is in a very convenient location for anything that you want to do in Green Bay. Packer Stadium and the mall are only a couple minutes away. There are a lot of restaurants close by. It is right by the freeway, but without the freeway noise. The hotel has a nice inside area with lots of activities and a bar, the downside is that people are out there all night, and because it is all enclosed it is extremely noisy. There was a lot of activity, pool noise, bar noise, and we were fortunate to have a room right above the bowling lanes, so there was a LOT of noise until about 3am each night of our stay. Maybe during the week it wouldn't be so bad, but if you're looking for a good night's sleep, this is NOT the place to come.”

• I liked that they had a miniature golf in the lobby for those that had families. We did not.
• It was Very outdated and understaffed.

“The front desk was very understaffed and thus made any requests that we had (or other visitors had) a very long process. She was also in charge of running the mini golf and taking care of problems in the arcade. The lobby was nice but the pool/courtyard area was very outdated and looked like it had not been renovated in a very long time. The toilet in our room had stuff in it when we got there.”

• The pool area looked nice for families.
• The location, Hard to find.

“The hotel was old and just really didn't measure up to the standard that I had enjoyed. I would not stay at the hotel again, since it really was not very convenient.”

• The hallway had an unpleasant odor. Probably needs some renovating.

• Location to Lam beau Field, restaurants, shopping.
• Restaurant customer service, noisy.

“Close to Lam beau Field which was very helpful on game day. Noisy. Bar discarded all empty bottles into dumpster located near room door at 1:00 am. Restaurant staff not professional when problem occurred for free breakfast buffet. Probably a nicer hotel in its prime but appears as if it is well used. Could use updating. ”

• It was cheap.
• Loud, Cold & a lot of cigarette smoking.

“Location. Good Room Size. Average Bathroom. Small TV 20" with 50 cable channels & HBO. Staff Unprofessional. Food Terrible, do not order from the restaurant. Overall, We stayed for 2 nights. I'm sure the hotel was nice in it's prime 20 years ago.”

• The room quality was not what was expected. Not extremely well kept and noisy window air conditioner.

• Convenient location.
• Room entrance was exterior door. Floor to ceiling window next to door, did not like this safety aspect.

“The hotel was clean and in a convenient location. Did not like that our room had exterior door, did not expect this from a 2 star rated hotel. I would not have stayed in this room if I had been by myself.”
