• The pool.
• The smell of the garbage, the dirty carpet, the rude people.

“The hotel has seen better days. We were told our room was on the second floor and were giving the directions to get there. They had us walk all around the two buildings with two small children and luggage and up the stairs. The carpet was really stained bad and the hotel smelled like you were in a dumpster.”

• Needs a real desk chair in room. Two light bulbs were burn out.

• Convenient location, huge pool with slide for kids, very clean rooms with tile floors & marble countertop.

“My wife and I were on vacation and used Green Bay as a stopping point while traveling from Chicago to the Upper Peninsula. We were both exhausted upon arriving and were able to rapidly check in with the help of the very courteous front desk staff. However, the hotel, staff, and room definitely exceeded those expectations by far. The room was exceptionally clean, the room was larger than most, and there was a large indoor pool with water slide and hot tub. I was unaware how close we were to Lambeau Field, but we passed it a mile up the road on our way out of town in the morning and stopped to look around and take some pictures. There are plenty of dining options within a half mile radius, and the area seemed to be pretty clean and nice (safe to walk around). I also did not hear (or even see) any planes, which I anticipated due to the airport location. I would highly recommend this hotel to families with children, business travelers (as the room had a decent desk and high speed wireless access), leisure travelers, and also Packers fans in town for a game or sightseeing. If you are looking for a four or five star type hotel though, this may slightly disappoint (but not by much).”

• The soap in the bathroom was nice.
• Very filthy, dirty hotel, do not recommend to anyone.

“Stay away from this hotel. Would not even walk around room without sandals or something on my feet. Carpet in halls, room was stained and dirty. Table in room looked like it was never wiped. There was some kind of baseball group of kids there and they were running through the halls. Coverlet from bed had stains on it. Complained to front desk and they moved us to another room that was just as filthy. Just checked out and stayed at another local hotel.”

• Water park in the hotel, free internet, business center.
• Printer broke and staff didn't know what to do, I fixed it myself.

“There is a water park in the hotel with lifeguards. I would stay here again, it was a good Ramada.”

• The staff was exceptionally pleasant and accommodating. Our room was very clean and fresh, attractive, and comfortable. Nice pool area.
• It was strange not to be able to see outside (our room overlooked the pool). There was no light near the table.

“The staff at this hotel was exceptionally pleasant from the moment we arrived. They were cheerful and quick to help when we had trouble with our room key, with my request for hair conditioner, and when I was searching for a Coke (all of the machines were filled with Pepsi products). Our room was beautiful--really clean and comfortable. My only issues were with the lighting (I like having one by the table) and the air-conditioning unit, which was too high for me to see the controls. I had to climb on a chair to see what I was doing. Even so, I highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay there again.”

• Key cards failed multiple times even after re-keying by staff.

“Great staff, friendly and helpful. Rooms strictly average. Lounge was fun though loud. Breakfast in the lounge/restaurant was good, small menu but what we tried was very good. I am returning this weekend for another stay.”

• We stayed here for packer game paid a way inflated price I didnt get what I paid for.

“We stayed here for packer game on 12/9 I booked this room a month early paid 179 for the night. We got there the TV didnt work or the lamp or the remote control I've stayed in allot of Radissons and this was by far the worst one. Oh yea the room was about the size of my wifes closet. It did have a nice view of the pool.”

• Front desk staff was helpful and great personality (checked in at 730 pm, young man at the desk).
• Conference room/staff worse than average. Seemed to be a foul mold like smell in the air, caused a lot of congestion. Should check duct work.

“This hotel is good for the business traveler. Later check in went well, no problems. Room was moderate but bedding was very nice.”

• The beds were amazing and the pool was great.
• The hot tub needed to be 2 degrees warmer and a second one.

“I felt this hotel was a very great place to stay but is a little behind the vision line from a main road. I was quiet and everyone was very nice.”

• It was quiet and the location was convenient.
• It was run down and not very clean in the hallways and public areas.

“Although my room was okay, quiet and relatively clean, the public areas were dirty, there was laundry on the floors of the hallways even though it was evening when I checked in and everything appeared to be very run down.”

• Loved the water slides
• We had a smoking room, we're not smokers. Strong odor.

“Ramada Inn Green Bay is in an excellent location, very clean hotel with excellent pool area/water slides/hot tub/sauna, etc. Breakfast at the restaurant was "okay".....would prefer a free continental breakfast that many other hotels offer.”

• Pool area and the location
• No bathtub or shower inclosure nothing but a floor with a drain. The show head shot straight ahead.

“Older hotel in good location. The room and beds were worn. The room had no tub or shower enclosure. I had to ask the front desk person how to get to my room. The outside doors were not secure. You didn't need a room key to get into the side doors of the hotel.”

• To rent a movie it cost $10.00

“The Green Bay Ramada Inn was not as nice as I expected. The room was very small and old. It was clean but had a moldy smell. The hallways were long, dirty and worn down looking. They did include two coupons for a free continental breakfast which was good. It has a small, but nice water park area for kids.”
