• Comfy bed, large bathroom.
• Bad connection to HBO. Other stations good.

• The beds and staff were excellent.

“The continental breakfast had no fresh fruit. The pool was small but fun. The hotel room we stayed in was a smoking room so we were promised 1st floor and it smelled horribly of stale smoke. I would stay again and the staff was very friendly and easy to talk to.”

• The desk staff was friend and very nice. The beds were comfortable.
• My only complaint was maid service banging on the door before 9:00 am.

“This was a nice, clean place to stay. We were in and out and didn't spend much time there. We didn't have time to use the pool or enjoy other amenities offered.”

• The room was big, with a couch, minifridge and microwave.
• The bedspread and a cushion of the couch had small stains.

“Comfort Inn Green Bay has much bigger rooms than others of the Comfort Inn chain. The sunrise breakfast is a step above the typical continental breakfast, and very plentiful. The staff was very friendly, and the computer in the lobby for the guests to use was very helpful. I would definitely stay there again.”

• The staff was friendly and very helpful.

“This Hotel is in the heart of Green Bay. Anything you need is right there. The Staff was very helpful. Gave us all the information we needed and more. I'm a Bears fan but, Lambeau Field is not far from here.”

• Quiet rooms.

“The hotel was above average overall, for service and quality. It is conveniently located near restaurants and shopping (Goodwill). Good breakfast, but cereal selection was weak.”

• Pool was small and with several children in it was not comfortable for adults.

• I liked that the fan in the bathroom worked.

• The beds & pillows were extremely comfortable. Clean room.
• Front desk employees were a bit unorganized.

• Television did not work very well - snowy, sound problems.

• The room was clean and comfortable.
• There was no elevator and stairs were at the far end of side of the hotel. Very inconvenient!

“Our room was very clean and comfortable. There was no elevator and the stairs were at the far ends of the building which were inconvenient. On the second evening, we parked at the end where our stairway was and could not open the outside door with our room key, so we had to walk around outside in the wind and cold to the office to let them know. It was about 11 pm, we were tired and upset. We were told we didn't inset the key properly and that was why it wouldn't work for us. We used the stairway at farther end of where our room was and when we arrived at our door, our room key still wouldn't work, so we had to walk back downstairs to get the room key reprogrammed. I liked the hotel except for the lack of an elevator and the location of the stairways.”

• Ok for one night.
• No elevator, lots of luggage, and 2nd floor room.

“Okay, remodeled older hotel, nothing special, but clean and quiet. Good for someone who wants nothing more from their hotel experience than a clean bed for a few hours.”

• Great selection for continental breakfast and it was quiet.
• Didn't have a shuttle service to airport. Cost me $30 in taxi to and from.

“Staff was friendly. Called a cab for me. Quiet, clean room. All of the area hotels should get a shuttle organized to share.”

• Paper thin walls, room next to pool, really loud even after midnight.

• When I got sick the front desk girl was very accommodating!
• Wasn't easy to see from highway, but we found it!

“Staff was wonderful. The girl at the front desk recommended places to see and eat. When I got sick (morning sickness) she even brought me bagels and fruit, even though the breakfast bar was closed. We really appreciated it! Wish hotel staff everywhere smiled as much as she!”

• We couldn't believe all the "perks" with this stay! LOVED IT!
• That we didn't book a room there before now!

“We HIGHLY recommend this hotel! The room we had was a tad small, but we had two very comfortable Queen size beds, a big television with tons of cable channels, a mini-fridge AND microwave. The pool is open until midnight for adults and was the perfect temperature. The hot tub was huge and wonderfully relaxing. The staff was amazingly nice. The Continental Breakfast was THE best we've ever had-cereal, muffins, waffles, eggs, toast, English muffins, donuts, rolls, OJ, coffee, tea, apple juice and more!”

“Very clean, very nice room with a suite arrangement in a single bed room. They had a couch, micro and refrig, for a very reasonable price. They also had a very nice pool and spa area, very unexpected.”
