• Comfortable bed with good selection of pillows (firm/soft).

“Room had updated decor. Bed was very comfortable. Received 5 pillows on each bed with a selection of both soft and firm. Portable desk available to do work or read on bed. Even though I was leisure traveling, I will definitely refer this hotel as a great selection for business travelers.”

• Wonderful staff, very clean and excellent breakfast.
• Minor complaint and no closet just a armoire.

“This hotel was much better than I expected. The rooms were very clean and the bed was one of the nicest that I have experienced in a hotel. I really appreciated the free 24 hour coffee and tea in the lobby. The breakfast was great and it was so nice that we extended our stay for an extra night.”

• Excellent breakfast.
• Room was a little crowded out by a very large armoire. Surface space in bathroom was small.

“Hotel facilities and infrastructure are very nice, but staff was less than overly welcoming. No smiles at reception or at breakfast station. We had pre-arranged a (2 hour) early check in which the receptionist on duty said was not possible until we told her that it had been pre-arranged on the phone the day before - and then she seemed to easily find a room for us.”

• The beds and shower were great.
• The pool was cold then closed because someone got sick in it.

“We all had a good time. The rooms were clean and looked nice and smelled good. The breakfasts were good. The hot tub was great the pool was cold.”

• The room was very attractive with lots of nice, little extra touches.
• Electrical outlets near the bed are inaccessible.

“We love this Hampton Inn! All of the little touches (especially the nice bedding) make for a luxurious experience at an awesome price.”

• Outside appearance.

“Way better than any other hotel I have stayed at in this price range, looked like a sub-par hotel from the outside, but from the moment I set foot in the room I was amazed at the contemporary new furnishing, and to add to the enjoyable experience was a full free breakfast in the morning.”

• Extremely helpful staff, kingsize bed, pool and hot tub.
• There is nothing I didn't like about this hotel.

“Absolutely beautiful hotel. It had a kingsize bed, recliner, video games, and tons of extras. The hot continental breakfast was filling and bountiful. The location was extremely convienient, though the room lacked a decent view.”

• Great value for our money
• A little farther from downtown Green Bay than expected but it was not a problem

“This hotel is not fancy but very clean and well kept. We enjoyed our stay and would stay there again.”

• Clean comfortable rooms with extra amenities.
• Exercise room has full glass wall adjacent to hot tub & pool area.

“The hotel is conveniently located in a shopping area and adjacent to the freeway exit. The complementary breakfast even included scrambled egg circles with biscuits & Gravy. I would recommend this hotel for the weekend getaway or a business week stay.”

• Every thing we expected was there. The pool and spa were just the right temperature.
• We had requested two duble beds for the reservation and had to be reasigned .

• Building and rooms look brand new, free breakfast includes things like eggs, nice pool.

“This is the perfect hotel if you're just looking for a safe, clean place to lay your head. The rooms look brand new and have all the little amenities that make you feel welcome. The pool is small, but clean and perfect for kids. The free breakfast is by far the best I've ever had of its kind. Even though it said the hotel was located near the airport, I didn't hear any planes going over head, it was very peaceful and restful.”

• very friendly people,rooms were very well maintained
• rooms need a refrigerator , and maybe a microwave

“loved the stay but i would have liked small in room refridgerator, i had my baby there and couldnt keep the formula and milk cold with out ice . other than that the stay was outstanding the rom was very nice. the location was perfect ,thank you”

• I stayed the night before the Cellcom Green Bay Marathon and the staff was very friendly and willing to give me a late check out.
• The complimentary shampoo and conditioner were very small.

“Excellent hotel for an unbelievable price. Very friendly service. I had forgot my jacket in the room, they found it and held it for me as I was driving back through Green Bay. They offered to mail it to me too!!!”
