• It was located close to the relatives we were visiting.
• The staff was rude from the time we arrived and there was one problem after another.

“My family and I will not stay in this hotel again. They were not ready when we arrived and had to move us three times because the rooms they put us in were not ready. We did not have towels most of the visit and when we tried to call the front desk, no one would answer. The pool was not kept clean and the last day the toilet backed up and we ended up leaving it that way since we could get no one at the front desk to answer. Also, our key card stopped working several times during our stay and we had to make a trip to the front desk and hunt up someone to rekey they each time. Basically, we will never stay in that hotel again even thought it is convenient to my family that we were visiting. We will drive further to have a better stay.”

• There was one front desk lady who was very polite and had excellent customer service skills.

“This hotel was the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. It wasn't the quality of the room or the cleanliness that was a problem. The employees at the front desk and the general manager have no customer service skills whatsoever. I spent six hours of my trip trying to get them to remove the charges. I do not recommend this hotel to anybody!”

“An average place to stay - is convenient to interstate, staff was friendly. Rooms could use some closer inspection regarding cleanliness.”

• QUIET, GOOD SERVICE AND DESK CLERK SO NICE AND HELPFUL.

“WE REALLY ENJOYED THE TWO NIGHTS WE STAYED AT YOUR MOTEL. QUIET, SERVICE GOOD AND THE DESK CLERK WAS SO ACCOMMODATING.”
