• Had to pay for internet or move to the lobby.

“The hotel was great - room was ok, but bathroom was rather small. The only real problem I had was that I wanted to work for a little while on my computer and found that I would have to pay for internet connection. I had to carry my laptop to the lobby at 10:00 pm at night to check my emails and take care of some business. That is unheard of in this day of wireless internet availability.”

• I liked the fact that I don't necessarily hear my neighbors and that it was nice facing the courtyard rather than the highway.
• The public computers kept malfunctioning.

“This was a tastefully hotel with comfortable rooms and nice TV. Available fitness room as well as an outdoor and indoor pool was very nice. It's location was also very convenient. I would definitely stay here again.”

“The young lady (hotel staff) was exemplary. She moved me to a room away from the soccer groups and noise. She certainly understood her client/customer. I will certainly stay in a Sheraton again when possible because of her actions. A great asset to her company.”

• The indoor swimming pool was nice and tepid!
• The whirlpool was closed the next morning.

“Everything was absolutely great. The only thing is that a couple started slamming doors at 12 midnight and woke me up. The next morning there were more slammed doors; I have no idea where it was coming from.”

• The outside area by the pool and the coffee shop inside.
• The sliding door in our room did not open for safety but that meant you couldn't get any fresh air in the room.

“Nice place, we had a lot of fun. don't goggle it. I did but I didn't tell my wife. I will stay there again. Nice staff, nice outdoor areas. Dawn in the coffee shop is great. Also she has a nice transportation service. One problem is the windows don't open in the rooms. They do open in the rooms on the first floor though.”

• The hotel was very clean and the staff was very courteous.
• The pull out couch was only a twin bed and the patio doors were broken & next to impossible to open.

“I would return to this hotel. We loved the idea of an indoor and outdoor pool, both pools were on the small side. The hotel was very clean and the staff was extremely courteous. Check-in was a breeze. The only negative I would have to say is that the pull out couch in the room was only a twin size bed and the couch, when used for sitting on was very uncomfortable. We had a patio door on the ground level of the hotel (which led right to the pool), however, the patio door was broken and was almost impossible to open.”

• Newly refurbished room and large and very comfortable.
• Ice maker on 2nd floor was broken had to go up a floor for ice.

“This hotel again met and exceeded all of our expectations. The rooms were refurbished since last years stay, and things were beautifully done. Large, clean, and cozy. The flat, widescreen TV was a nice bonus. Bathroom was spacious and finished nicely, including brand-name toiletries. The beds were the best part! Incredibly comfortable, great linens and different firmness pillows. Easy to get a great nights sleep! The pools were wonderful both an indoor and outdoor with plenty of places to sit and relax. The workout room looked great, although we did not have a chance to use it. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We hope to be able to stay at this hotel again!”

• Friendly staff, fast checkout system, convenient location, free parking.
• Towels needed to be bleach stained and soil looking. Handicap room 133 needed updating and carpet cleaned.

“It was convenient for our family gathering. We appreciated the free shuttle and free parking. All staff was well trained, polite, and accommodating. For improvements, I suggest the furnisher tops needing a thorough cleaning since there was a lot of polish accumulation causing everything to stick to the surfaces. Carpets also needed cleaning as well as the bathroom sink needed a new fixture in Room 133. Still, all in all, it was a great find!”

• The internet service has terribly low bandwidth.

“The Internet service was just terrible. Not only do the charge $10/night for internet in the rooms, but the bandwidth is about 1/5 of dial-up. At times, there seemed to be no bandwidth and I was receiving 404 errors. I left the hotel in the evening and go to Kinko's to get any work done. I would never stay at this hotel again.”

• Lights went off due to a power surge but that only lasted for a few hours during the day so we went to the mall to wait it out.

• No fridge or microwave in room, no continental breakfast.

“It was a nice, clean hotel. On this trip we also stayed at a 2 1/2 star hotel which we liked better. It was a nice place, and since I was traveling with an 8 month old infant I couldn't take advantage of a lot that the hotel offered (pool, restaurant), so I can't really comment on that.”

• Good location for shopping. Comfortable beds with several pillows, flat screen TV.
• Dirty swimming pools, both inside and out. We were in the top floor, possible the only ones. Ice machine and vending not plugged in.

“We have stayed there several times in the past. Friendly and efficient staff. Brookfield Square shopping mall is in the parking lot, so this is convenient. Plenty of restaurants nearby as well as the Interstate. We will stay there in the future.”

“The staff is very pleasant. At check in we were given the option of what floor we wanted. The room was very comfortable. Unfortunately it was also very noisy, mostly young people yelling in the hallways and running up and down them. This went on quite late into the night.”

• The room was well maintained with up to date furnishings and television.
• There was no fan in the bathroom.

“The hotel was conveniently located off of I-94, easily accessible to downtown Milwaukee and the Brookfield Mall is out the back door. The rooms were very up to date. The bed was comfortable and like all Sheraton's they give you an array of pillows to choose from for your sleeping pleasure. The bathroom was somewhat small with no fan which needs to be addressed.”

• We liked the location & indoor/outdoor pools.
• Saturday night - obnoxious guests in parking lot at 3 am - management did not step in.

“We enjoyed our 3 night stay. Room was clean & comfortable, service was excellent. Only problem was obnoxious guests were loudly yelling & swearing for 20 minutes or more in parking lot at 3 am in morning. Management did not take care of situation.”

• Cleanliness of the hotel.
• The noise level from kids and drunken guests after midnight keep us up. Bathrooms too small.

“The hotel maintains a strong upscale three star rating with its modern construction and classy layouts. Rooms are comfortable and clean. Bathroom size is compromised to give guest a more spacious sleeping and lounge area.”

• The remodeling they did was quite good.
• Terrible internet service - $10 per day and slow.

“This hotel is trying to be a family/vacation spot and a business spot. They lose on both counts - the swimming and exercise areas are next to the business meeting rooms so you have both kinds of suits mingling in the hallways. And - I can't believe how terrible the internet service is and the fact that it costs $10 a day.”

• Had a used water bottle in my room that had not been replaced - front desk gave me extra.

“Enjoyed the stay. It has a wide variety of services, but don't expect them to be extensive. For example, great TV (plenty of channels), great fitness room (almost 10 bikes and treadmills) but no fancy channels and no weights or weight machines. Nice suburban location for good parking, but a little far removed from Downtown.”

• The shampoo, LCD, weight lifting facility (not just cardio machines).
• Room cleaning service attendants couldn't speak or understand English. Not prejudice but think it's important.

“I loved how the staff referred to me as, Mr. last name. The section of the hotel that I stayed in did have an odd odor. Over all I really enjoyed it. Again, I loved the shampoo and the LCD TV.”
