• Great property and location.
• Breakfast not included in price, but it is a higher end property than its competitors in the area.

• Location is great. Wireless internet was free.
• All wall HVAC systems.

“Seemed to be a nice new property located in great area of Mobile. It was very clean and new. Had wall units for the heating and air conditioning with no thermostat. There was a breakfast buffet available for $8.95 where other similar type properties it is included.”

• Clean facilities and very friendly staff.
• Room were smaller than expected.

“Hotel is what you would expect from Courtyard except the rooms were smaller than in other hotels of the same chain in other areas of the country. The Facility was clean and pleasant. The pool and whirlpool area and water were clean; although the pool was a bit cool for our comfort.”

• The staff was extremely friendly and informative!
• Our room overlooked the parking lot.

“Our room was bright and clean, the balcony was a plus! We did not eat at the breakfast buffet as it was $10 per person and it really looked like what you get for free at Holiday Inn -- no worries, we were surrounded by plenty of fun restaurants, especially Mellow Mushroom by the Mitchell Center.”

• The whole appearance and cleanliness of the hotel was outstanding! I loved it and will stay again the next time I travel to Mobile, AL.

• Room was very well appointed.
• Location was a bit hard to access, room was by ice machine.

“Room was very nice, bed very comfy. Only complaint was that we were by the ice machine and it was used all night, so we were awakened frequently.”

• The Breakfast buffet was convenient and a good value.
• There was a wasp's nest on the balcony and no staff available to remove it so I wasn't able to use balcony.

“I expected a Marriott Hotel to be a litter higher class than this but overall it was just an okay room and there was nothing special about it.”

• Staff was very nice and helpful.
• The mattresses were atrocious.

“I had a problem with noise in the floor above, which the front desk took care of, except then the problem moved to the next room, in which my daughters were staying. The staff was very nice and helpful, the room should have been a refrigerator and the mattresses shouldn't have been lumpy, thin and soft.”

• Awesome room, comfy beds, delicious breakfast, relaxing.
• Missing a fridge and microwave in room.

• Very comfortable, clean room.
• Not really anything.

“This is a good hotel to stay at if you're on business or passing through Mobile. It's not really close to any tourist spots other than a mall and nice chain restaurants. However, we were just passing through town so this met our needs. It was nice, clean, comfortable, and quiet. I couldn't really ask for more.”

• The room we got didn't have a balcony and we wanted one so I called the front desk and she moved us with no question.
• Not all the rooms looked out over the courtyard.

“The location of this hotel is excellent in reference to the attractions of mobile. It was very clean, the staff was very accommodating. We wanted a room with a balcony and the room we got did not have one so I called the front desk and the receptionist moved us to a room with a balcony without any questions asked. The beds are also very comfortable compared to other hotels with concrete slab type mattresses.”

• Housekeeping staff friendly and competent.
• Other motels of this type/price offer a free breakfast and this one did not.

“For the price and location, the hotel met my expectations. My only complaint is I made a reservation for two rooms and they were not located together. I would have expected at least the same floor.”

• The staff goes above and beyond to make your stay enjoyable!
• Had trouble with plugs in bathroom, they fixed it but the problem persisted.
