• Staff was very friendly.
• Had to pay $4.95 to use the wireless internet.

“Overall a decent stay. There were some noise issues, but all in all, things the hotel staff could not control. Also thought the wireless internet shouldn't been complimentary.”

• TV used satellite - very few channels.

“Staff was very friendly. They called us after getting in to the room to make sure it met our expectations and to learn if we needed anything. For the price it was a very pleasant experience!”

• Price. Kitchenette.
• No maid service. Door opened to the outside.

“You must stay 7 nights or longer to get one day of maid service. No hotel lobby, restaurant or night staff. Kitchenette was good. Room was initially very clean. All room facilities worked ok.”

• Bed and had to pay for internet usage.

“The bed was very cheap. We had to pay a fee to access the internet. The location was good. The hotel is in need of repair, I.e. The shower in the room was broken and we were given a handicap room without a tub.”

• Was clean and everything was in good working order.
• The parking lot is not fenced in or appears to be well lit at night.

“I have stayed at this hotel several times and this was the best yet! Looks like a change in management and an overhaul has been done to the rooms. Value is good for this type of hotel. Staff is very helpful and considerate.”

• Nice rooms with a kitchenette. Nothing overkills.
• No pool, and liked staff but region is not friendly for whites - felt hated.

• Absolutely nothing.
• Dirty.

“The room was nasty. It really looked like it was not cleaned. There was an old coffee filter with old grounds still in the coffee pot. Stains on the floor. The room smelled like smoke & had multiple burns on the table tops even though it was supposed to be a non-smoking room. There was trash on elevator.”

• Nice room with kitchenette for a very low price.
• Found no problems.

“It was a nice clean no-frills place to stay, close by the interstate so it was easy to go anywhere. Check in and checkout went easily.”

• They employ some great people, everyone made me feel welcomed.

• Landscaping and hotel looked great from the outside.
• Sheets were dirty and room smelled badly, the smoke smell was so bad that I could not sleep; TV had only one viewable channel, nothing for my 5 yr old.

“I reported the terrible smoke smell to the desk clerk and the only answer that I was given was that she knows it was a non smoking room but she cannot control what the guests do in it. I told her that it was an extremely obvious smell that the cleaning person should have noticed and reported. I was not offered an apology or discount for the future. I have shopped through you at least 4 times in a year and it is quite scary.”

• Convenient to where my meeting was being held.
• Was not smoke free as advertised.

“Check in time was supposed to be 3:00 pm. We arrived at approximately 3:15 pm and no room was ready. We were shown a room, which was a smoking room, but it was not acceptable (Note: I was told up front it was a smoking room, but thought I would look at it). Our room was on the second floor and it was being cleaned at the time. We rode around the area for a few minutes and upon return, the room was not ready, we were offered a "non smoking" room on the first floor for handicapped persons. At first it did not seem too bad, but after a few minutes, we knew it was not a smoke free room. I am allergic to the smoke and really had a bad time.”

• Location to the interstate.
• Room was not ready on arrival at 4 pm. Told to come back.

“The room was clean but did not smell clean. Several of the lights did not work and the door would not lock. The elevator was dirty and stunk. Did not see any security at anytime. Would consider this hotel only if I could not find another one to stay out.”

• Did not have an ice machine and had to stay on the top floor with no elevator.

• staff is not accommodating at all.

“No roll-away beds. Said they did not have a double bed available and the parking lot is nearly empty at 10:00pm. Charged for internet, GET WITH THE TIMES!!!!”

• No staff after hours. Was not able to get beds needed.

“Checking in was a breeze! Clerk was kind and efficient. Other guests were also nice. Great location directly off of interstate. The price can't be beat for the accommodations offered!”

• Size of room; facilities, location.
• Directions to enter parking lot were confusing at first.

“I was worried when I accessed information on the hotel and found it had queen sized beds. I had indicated that I needed rooms for 3 people. Imagine my surprise when I found we'd been given rooms with two double beds! The staff were ultra friendly and the place smelled wonderful!”

• The hotel had everything that was needed to make the trip a pleasurable one.
• The only problem I had was the TV, didn't have a great selection of channels.

“The overall stay at this hotel was a pleasurable one. I had everything in my room. It was like I was at home (a refrigerator, stove, microwave, etc). I would recommend this hotel to travelers.”

• Convenient to the place of my business.
• Not quite sure about the Internet access, and the $4.99 charge.

“Enjoyed the stay overall. Cannot figure out how they operate the Internet access. A one time charge was applied to my card, But I have not seen the bill to confirm as of yet. Hopefully no problems exist!”

• It was excellent!! I was very pleased for the price.

“We were traveling for a prom approximately 5 hours away from our home. We needed to stay overnight but like everyone did not want to spend large amounts for a nice hotel. The whole family went and we had a ball!! The room was excellent. It had a refrigerator, stove, microwave, coffee maker and was a large room. With children it was nice to have all of the extras. The hotel was clean, family oriented and the price was unbeatable!! ”
