• I didn't have a positive experience.
• Had property stolen.

“When I complained to a manager that I had something stolen from me, she didn't seem the slightest bit concerned that there was a thief in her staff. I would not trust this place to keep my belongings safe.”

• They helped us with faxing some documents. Very willing to help out in unusual ways. Above and beyond the call of duty!

“The hotel is clean, well maintained, tastefully decorated. The Hotel staff is simply the best of the best! They will do whatever is asked of them even if it is not an ordinary request. Specifically they assisted us with the sale of our home by receiving a fax and sending a fax when we had limited time before we had to go to our son's wedding events. The staff at this Hotel is wonderful!”

• Cleanliness and quality for a good price.
• No fridge to bring our leftovers with us.

“This hotel was more than I expected it to be for the price! A good place to stay with easy access to the train station so you can get to the city fairly easily. Very clean and nice quality rooms!”

• I liked the location. It was very easy to get anywhere we wanted to go.
• Our room was in the back and our view was of the interstate highway.

• Staff was friendly and helpful after my son got a leg injury.
• Nothing. Everything was fine.

“All staff was friendly, accommodating and eager to assist me. They made the experience enjoyable. I'd return to this hotel again when in this area.”

• Excellent check-in clerk, computer in lobby.
• Pool right off the lobby and a bit noisy.

• The staff was extremely helpful and friendly and the beds were so comfortable!
• Not a lot of restaurants close by.

• only 1 elevator, took long time to get up/down
