• Location was great for our trip.
• Guests were standing around the front entrance with beer bottles when we arrived, felt uncomfortable to us.

“The hotel was great for construction workers, but we were traveling on our way to take a cruise out of Mobile and felt uncomfortable when we arrived and guests were standing outside the entrance with beer bottles. Someone tried to bust through our door at one point early in the evening and the
TV worked based on it's own mood rather than what we wanted it to do.”

• The staff was friendly and helpful, everything was clean, the room was large & comfortable. We stayed for a five day vacation, and would return.

• The assistant manager was very friendly when we arrived.

“This hotel was what it said it would be. The staff was very friendly. I even needed help with my children's DVD player and the maintenance man went above and beyond trying to help me fix it. The room was very spacious with a full size refrigerator, microwave, 4 burner stove and an oven. Much more than we expected. If we are in the area again will stay here.”

• Kitchen facilities available (refrigerator, oven, stove, coffee maker, microwave).
• Some things were out of order (e.g., outside key card reader, coffee maker in our room).

“Overall, satisfied. The suites would be great if you wanted to prepare your own food, because of the full kitchen facilities. They even have a gas grill available, but we didn't use it. Although clean and better than most budget hotels, don't expect the same upscale experience as the Marriott from this Marriott chain hotel.”

• Great price, nice kitchen.
• Service.

“This hotel is a great value for the price. It has a full kitchen complete with dishwasher, refrigerator and stove. It really felt like a home away from home. The only knock was the staff. They were not as friendly as I would have liked considering that I was traveling alone with a 10 month old.”

• I liked the kitchen amenities and the staff.
• I did not like the teenage guests who stomped through the halls.

• Pool too dirty to use.

“We were greeted by a warm friendly staff. The room exceeded our expectations. We had a full size refrigerator and a dishwasher! The room was very clean and comfortable. Highly recommend this hotel.”

• The room was spacious and had a kitchen had I needed it.
• The room only had 1 queen size bed and I had an adult friend with me who had to sleep on the sofa sleeper.

• Location, price, room decor, location!
• Did not have coffee cream on weekend.

“This hotel was superb for the price, close to everything including restaurants. Rooms were well equipped with plenty of amenities. Staff was very courteous and quick to remedy problems.”

• There was not resident restaurant.

• the staff was very accomodating and relaxed!!
• We enjoyed our stay and the staff-no worries!
