• The Pool/Hot Tub area was excellent. The breakfast was super.
• I can't think of 1 thing I didn't like.

• The staff was very friendly, no problem getting a non smoking room at the last minute and they did not make me feel like a second class citizen.
• I had a little trouble with the wireless internet, but it did work for me although signing in was confusing.

“The room was well furnished, clean and quiet. The staff was friendly and helpful and the hotel had everything I was looking for. It was conveniently located with good freeway access.”

• Waffles were cold and soggy, gave us a one bedroom room for a mom and 15 year old boy.

“I was originally unhappy with this hotel because they gave us a full sized bed for my son and I. This was unacceptable. Then they changed it to a King sized bed but my son does not feel comfortable sleeping with me. He was going to sleep on the floor. All along they had a king sized bed with a pull out bed available, which they ended up giving us, only because I asked for extra blankets for him to sleep on the floor. They said that they had a wedding so they were short on rooms. I think that was very unprofessional to have handled it this way from the very beginning. The breakfast should have been great but the eggs were cold and the waffles were soggy. They could improve this by letting people make there own waffles. The rooms were clean and quiet.”

• Nice place, exceptionally clean with friendly staff and great continental breakfast. This is our second visit to the same Hotel, very pleased.

• It was very clean, the room was well appointed. Very nice!
• The only patio area to sit outside was along a major highway

“We very much enjoyed our stay. The guests were nice, the staff great, everything worked, ice machine on every floor and hot & cold continental breakfast entrees. Definitely go back to the Brookfield, WI Hampton Inn!!!”

• The location was great and we also very much enjoyed the free breakfast.
• I would have preferred a room with a king or queen size bed but they said that I was not able to have one.

• No adults being in the pool during adults only hour.

“Very satisfied. I would suggest either keep the pool/hot tub open all night or much longer and really restrict young people being in the room during adults only time. When I was in the pool area the behavior of these kids was absolutely horrid. I got about 5 min. alone in the water.”

“For a hotel that is going through remodeling it was very clean and inviting. They have a very welcoming entrance with a area with a fireplace and couches. The hotel staff was very friendly and welcoming. I would definitly stay at a Hampton Inn again. ”

• room cold upon arrival and took quite a while to warm up

“What a beautiful hotel. I really enjoyed my visit. Bathroom amenities include shampoo, conditioner, and moisturizing lotion. There is a hairdryer, iron, and coffee maker in the room. The rooms were clean and the towels were fluffy.”

“The hotel was exceptional. The staff at the hotel made no distinction between me and the guests paying full price. The room and all the other amenities were exceptional. When I arrived they had me in a smoking room. I am a non smoker. They did not have a non smoking room so they used an ionizer and air freshener to make the room acceptable and offered to move me the next day.”

“The Hampton Inn in Brookfield, Wisconsin was very nice. The room was large and newly furnished. The breakfast selection was great. My only complaint was that the pool was not very clean (paper floating around) and we had to ask twice for towels in the pool area. Great value. Thanks”

“Although I had booked a non smoking room, I found I had been registered for a smoking room upon arrival. However the hotel quickly changed it, and gave us a non smoking room. Then we discovered the room had been contaminated by a smoker, and they again came to a quick rescue and gave us another room, even upgraded the room. We were very pleased and satisfied. We highly recommend this hotel!!!!”
