• The rooms were super clean. The cleanest hotel room I've ever stayed in.
• In the bathrooms, after you take a shower, the room didn't vent out quickly. Took about an hour. Needs stronger fan.

“Very friendly staff. Hot breakfast was a nice change. And the room smelled fresh and was super clean. I would stay at a Hampton Inn anytime.”

• I made a suggestion at an earlier stay and they have corrected the problem.
• There wasn't a negative experience there.

“I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone. The staff was extremely helpful, they were friendly, the breakfast was fantastic, the rooms were beautiful, new mattresses were totally comfortable and the price was excellent.”

• Bed was very , very comfortable, room was very neat and clean.
• Didn't have the time to stay longer.

“Wonderful stay all around. Hotel had a nice smell to it and the bed and pillows were very comfortable indeed. Breakfast was very filling and a nice selection for the taking. Didn't have time to try the pool though but it looked well taken care of and clean.”

• Exceptionally friendly staff, bathroom fans, night lights.
• Slotted door tags always falls off the knob, require replacing constantly.

“I have never stayed in a hotel at which the staff was so considerate of its clients. Everyone there seemed to do a top notch job of their assigned duties and with invariably willing to accommodate any request. Their food was also excellent; all facilities impeccably clean.”

“We were very satisfied with this hotel. Room was in great shape with nice furnishings. Complimentary breakfast was good with a different hot entree each morning. The hotel seems quite new and is kept spotless. I always call the hotel direct after my offer is accepted to check on the room I am receiving. I was told our room would be with 1 double bed, which was not sufficient for us and they agreed to give us a room with two double beds at no extra charge.”

• Very friendly service. Extremely clean and pleasant surrounding. Rooms newly remodeled and beautiful.
• The ice maker was broken and couldn't be fixed.

“We have stayed at this location once before and the service and overall hotel experience was wonderful. In fact we were always tired after our day at the rink and actually hung out at the hotel because it was such a nice experience.”

• Friendly staff and excellent service. Nice hot breakfast every a.m.
• The Jacuzzi wasn't very warm the first day we stayed there.

“My wife and I stayed at this hotel two nights. The staff were friendly and accommodating. It was very clean and very well maintained. They had two hot breakfast items both mornings, in addition to other continental breakfast items, which were excellent. It was conveniently located near I-94, yet we could not hear the interstate traffic from our room. I would highly recommend this hotel for any business or leisure travelers who are in the Milwaukee area.”

• Breakfast, helpful staff, also free use of computer and office machines, adjacent Perkins Pancake House for 24-hr meals.
• Heat in room did not work fortunately, weather was mild.

“Ideal for business travelers, free breakfast buffet or travel bag for those leaving too early for breakfast or for those without time, quick on-off from I94, adjacent to the busy Blue mound Road shopping strip. Despite being on the far west edge of town, our business trips to the far northeast and far southeast edges of Milwaukee were simple and relatively fast. Neighborhood was suburban but hotel is on a main commercial strip running from west-central Milwaukee all the way west to Waukesha, so almost everything could be found nearby, including a wide variety of restaurants and even jazz clubs.”

• The staff was very friendly, no problem getting a non smoking room at the last minute and they did not make me feel like a second class citizen.
• I had a little trouble with the wireless internet, but it did work for me although signing in was confusing.

• Waffles were cold and soggy, gave us a one bedroom room for a mom and 15 year old boy.

“I was originally unhappy with this hotel because they gave us a full sized bed for my son and I. This was unacceptable. Then they changed it to a King sized bed but my son does not feel comfortable sleeping with me. He was going to sleep on the floor. All along they had a king sized bed with a pull out bed available, which they ended up giving us, only because I asked for extra blankets for him to sleep on the floor. They said that they had a wedding so they were short on rooms. I think that was very unprofessional to have handled it this way from the very beginning. The breakfast should have been great but the eggs were cold and the waffles were soggy. They could improve this by letting people make there own waffles. The rooms were clean and quiet.”

• The only patio area to sit outside was along a major highway

• No adults being in the pool during adults only hour.

“Very satisfied. I would suggest either keep the pool/hot tub open all night or much longer and really restrict young people being in the room during adults only time. When I was in the pool area the behavior of these kids was absolutely horrid. I got about 5 min. alone in the water.”

“For a hotel that is going through remodeling it was very clean and inviting. They have a very welcoming entrance with a area with a fireplace and couches. The hotel staff was very friendly and welcoming. I would definitly stay at a Hampton Inn again. ”

“What a beautiful hotel. I really enjoyed my visit. Bathroom amenities include shampoo, conditioner, and moisturizing lotion. There is a hairdryer, iron, and coffee maker in the room. The rooms were clean and the towels were fluffy.”
