“This was the worst hotel experience I have ever had and I have stayed at many hotels! The main reason was that we were placed right above a bar that played LOUD music until 01:00AM and we had an early drive the following day. I did not expect this.” Oct 12, 2009 by
Tydus from Roswell,GA
“The room including bathroom appeared to be an older room with some surface upgrades (light fixture, mirror), but the carpeting was worn and the furniture was dated.” Oct 6, 2009 by

“Stay away until renovations are completed!” Sep 5, 2009 by

“Dated, uncomfortable beds, TV had poor reception.” Apr 12, 2009 by

“The hotel was clean, but an older model.” Jan 4, 2009 by

“The breakfast was buffet only, and not free. I have had gastric bypass and can only eat 1/2 cup of food, and did not want to pay for a full buffet. Could have ordered from menu if available. It was also very cold in the dining room. The rest of the stay was as expected from this chain. May have been a little more rundown that some we have stayed at, but still appeared clean.” Oct 25, 2008 by

“This hotel met my expectations of a nice enjoyable stay in Mobile. I would recommend this hotel to my friends and family.” Aug 14, 2008 by
William from Dadeville, AL
“Very nice experience, generally. Minor things that need attention include, waiting on housekeeping staff to complete room, room door squeaking loudly it woke my wife in am when I went down to get coffee and read paper), mirror in public mens rooms in main lobby needs repair, room-service dishes left in hall long periods of time.” Jul 19, 2008 by
Lauren from Marietta, GA
“The hotel needs to be updated badly! The beds are only doubles so very small. The location is noisy - right off main road but close! The breakfast buffet was awful. But, luckily kids eat free so we saved there. Also, they have free shuttle service to the harbor. That saved us $75 and then we called when we got through customs and they picked us up - we had a short wait but worth it.” Jun 26, 2008 by

“The Hotel exceeded my expectations. The staff was friendly as well as profecient. The room was clean and in good condition. No complaints.” Jun 9, 2008 by
Anne from Floriday
“The hotel seemed ok. However the carpets were stained, and that wasn't our biggest problem. The problem was we all felt very unsafe. It is not in an ideal neighborhood, and there were gang members hanging out in the front of the hotel and the pool. My husband heard gunshots at night. Please rethink this hotel. Maybe stay somewhere away from the hwy would be my suggestion. We are just happy that we all made it away from this hotel in one piece.” May 15, 2008 by
Annette from Moss Point, MS
“Other than the noisy air conditioner unit, my experience was excellent and I would recommend this hotel to my friends. It's good to see quality and Holiday Inn still means the same!” Apr 6, 2008 by
Henri from Hickory, NC
“I and my wife were not happy with the hotel room we received. The room was supposed to be a deluxe, but we all wound up sleeping in the same bed because there was no sofa bed. There were no signs for the continental breakfast so we felt misled after eating in the open area only to find out we had to pay additionally for the meals.” Jun 18, 2007 by
David from Houston, TX
“We did not get a very enthusiastic response from the staff over the 3 nights we were there. We stayed in a double room and the beds were uncomfortable and way too small for 2 people to sleep in. For this being a major brand, relatively large hotel, and on a major traffic thoroughfare, it is remarkably outdated.” Jun 11, 2006 by
Donna from League City, TX
“enjoyed my stay. everyone was courteous and helpful. Clean room and bathroom. easy to get to from freeway.” Aug 23, 2005 by
Eric from Pace, FL
“At one time it probably was a 3 star. The bathrooms are old, the pool area was not well maintained, room service was not offered mid-day, and there is not much offered for enjoyment other than a pool and small exercise room. The staff was pleasant and helpful.” 1 of 1 people found this review helpful.Hotel Representatives:
