• Loved that it had a full kitchen, very big rooms.
• Location is a little outside of downtown.

• Refrigerator in room.
• No exhaust in bathroom.

“A good way to save money by using the kitchen that was in the room instead of going out to eat. The cable TV choices were very limited.”

• Value and location.
• They did not vacuum the floors; no coffee amenities

“OK, but I expected it to be better. It does have some nice features, such as the kitchen, which I did not use. I would have preferred coffee and a fitness center”

• Close to my meetings. Very friendly staff.
• Hardest bed I've ever slept on. Actually thought about sleeping on the floor.

“Very friendly staff. A little hard to find entrance, but not the worst. Rooms were clean and relatively quiet. Downside. Like I said earlier, the bed was the hardest I've ever slept on. The floor may have been more comfortable! Hard to get a continuous sleep. I would rather see wrapped cups. A little wary of whether the glasses were actually washed and how thoroughly they were.”

• Good value
• Poor directions to and from hotel on website.

“See above the driving directions need to be updated. It seems as though the "driving from the west" directions were transposed with those "driving from the east" -- causing plenty of confusion as I searched for the hotel.”

“Why can't u guys have radio or alarms clocks instead of just alarm clocks. No frequent stay plan. No wake up calls (why not just get out of the hotel biz then).”
