• Accommodations, pool, over all everything, nice staff.
• Nothing.

“I have stayed at best western before, but its been years. I had such a good time in the pool and the hot tub, the rooms were nice, the staff, as far as I know, was very helpful, they even ordered pizza from pizza hut for us when the phone would not work in the room.”

• Staff was very friendly and we felt very relaxed and comfortable during our stay.

“We booked an ns room with king bed. Upon check-in, we were upgraded to the bridal suite for no extra charge. The indoor pool area is great and we would highly recommend this hotel for anyone with kids that like water. Hotel is very close to shopping, dining, and downtown area. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.”

• The recreation area including a pool, pool table, ping pong table, toddler play structures, etc.
• The sauna was broken.

• Very comfortable beds with a great selection of pillows.
• Pool not open early in the morning (like 6:00am).

“Good value for a good night's sleep. The beds were very comfortable and the each bed had three pillows of varying firmness. The heating/cooling system was very quiet. The Italian restaurant which is attached to the hotel has a great menu and a nice wine list. It is a nice stop for a leisure traveler. If traveling for business, a room with a better desk would be appreciated.”

• The room was nice and pretty big.
• At first it was hard to understand the layout.

“I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at the hotel, the atrium was nice and the continental breakfast was key. The bed was very comfortable and the room was spacious.”

• I was hoping for a better continental breakfast.

• Nice looking room, good carpet, TV, bathroom.
• The pool view room was very noisy, kids screaming all over, and couldn't turn heat down.

“I stayed there before, it was good because the room was down a separate hallway from the pool. But there were kids stomping around in room above. This time room was a pool view, so we here kids running and screaming all morning long. I like kids, but I like to relax, too. Iron was certainly nice to have, but needs new board. Room was too hot; could not turn down heat (radiator and a/c combo). Room was very cut, but one box-spring had nasty stains on side of it. Popcorn found under other bed. Nevertheless, the room still looked cute, great TV channels, but just really noisy in the morning. I would recommend this hotel if they only got an upstairs room, down a hallway away from the pool (unless you have kids, of course, because you're probably up at the crack of dawn anyways : )).”
