• Price was decent for quality of room and hotel.
• I didn't like the fact it was an extended stay hotel and not a regular hotel.

“This is an ideal hotel for someone staying for an extended period in Appleton. The price was reasonable. The room had dishes, a stove, and a full size refrigerator. This is not a family hotel, however. There is no continental breakfast or a simming pool. Overall, the hotel was clean, which was nice.”

• I like getting this room through priceline, great price and location.
• No complaints.

“I've stayed at this hotel several times. The rooms are always very clean and the hotel staff are great! I look forward on going back as it is close to great shopping and restaurants.”

• The toilet ran constantly and the heater made noise
  all night.

“Hotel is fine, but our room did not meet expectations. The toilet never stopped running and made noise all night. The heater also made clanking sounds all night. You could not turn it off because the room got to cold. Not a good night sleep!”

• This hotel had easy access to stores & restaurants.
• Wireless internet was
  very slow.

“Not a fancy hotel, but clean with no bugs, dirt, etc. Had basic necessities - very nice for longer stays. Love the fridge and stove for our own food so we don't have to eat out all the time. Bring your own pillow.”

• This particular hotel always goes a little out of their way to make me feel comfortable and welcome.

“Once again this particular hotel when they discover that Im about to arrive the management there is a little care package for me. The package is small but the meaning is large, usually contains a bag of popcorn small chocolates, and bottled water. This makes me feel so welcome each time that I arrived.”

• The old styled punch cards, used as keys for the hotel doors.
• Too economy. Amenities were few, and the ones they had were sub par.

“I would not recommend Extended Stay America to someone in a wedding party. They were under staff, as well has having no knowledge of the surrounding area, or most of the Hotel itself. However if a very good price is what you seek, then might work.”

• Convenient location, kitchenette, quiet.
• None smoking room reeked of smoke.

“This hotel (except for the intense smoke smell) suited my needs perfectly for the price. Located right off the interstate and located near the Fox Valley Mall and numerous restaurants on stores.”

• Friendly staff, clean room, good price.
• Horribly hard uncomfortable bed, smelly hall, bad curtains.

“I stayed at this hotel for 1 night for a short getaway just to relax. The staff was very friendly and willing to help. The hallway to my room had a bad smell, but that didn't seep into the room. The room was nicely decorated with a nice small kitchenette. Unfortunately the niceness didn't last. One of the main functions of a hotel is to have a comfortable place to sleep and this hotel didn't give that to me. The bed was hard as a rock and uncomfortable. I wasn't able to sleep a wink on the cheap mattress. Also the curtains don't completely close so don't expect to keep all the light out and have a dark room. If those things had been different or better the stay would've been much more pleasant.”

• I loved the kitchenette and the moderness of the hotel.
• Overall nothing could have used a few more amenities.

• Refrigerator, microwave and dishes were handy to have.
• No maid service-even to refresh towels and the bed was very hard/uncomfortable.

“Cleanliness and conveniences in room were nice to have. Bathroom fan was very loud and was connected to the light so there was no way of avoiding all the noise. Maid/cleaning services for second day would have been nice to at least have garbage emptied and clean towels supplied and soiled ones picked up.”

• Accommodating staff, housekeeping speaks English, will use this hotel again when in the area.
• No complaints.

• The staff, the room, met all our expectations and then some!
• Nothing! It was great!

“The staff saw that we had a very trying day and the wedding was the following day so they gave us the next night "FREE"! We will definitely stay there again. It's nice to know that there are still good people out there like that. Thank you Extended Stay America!”

• I didn't enjoy my stay and have nothing positive to add.
• The hotel was not a quality hotel. It smelled of smoke and did not meet my standards.

“The hotel staff was not friendly. The hotel was not clean. It smelled of smoke. The room had two pillows, no shampoo or conditioner. I had to empty my own trash and was not offered clean linens unless I took them to the front desk. There was hair in the sink and bathtub when I arrived. I will never stay there again.”

• Clean, convenient location, refrigerator a plus, close to the mall and eating places. Free newspaper.
• Small bathrooms, highway noise maybe but I really have no complaints.

“It is a great place to stay. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The rooms are clean and the floor carpeting looked new in the 4 different rooms that I've stayed in. I will definitely be back.”

• Very, very clean; friendly and helpful staff.
• Scorched coffee pot; couldn't connect to internet.

“It was very, very clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful, and it was so nice to have a small kitchenette for my business portion of the trip. One problem I had was, when I went to make coffee in the morning, the coffee pot was scorched. I asked the front desk for another. After an hour I realized they had not brought one. However, after my second call, it was brought up immediately. The only other problem was that I was not able to connect to the Internet for some reason and that was bad for business. However, overall, I would stay here again.”
