• Cleanliness.
• I requested a room next to a family member and was placed at the opposite end of the hotel!

“I thought that the hotel was expensive, given the location, but found the rooms to be very clean and quiet, and having ample space.”

• Very friendly staff, very clean room and building, awesome free breakfast.
• On a very busy road with one way streets, difficult to navigate in & out of parking lot.

“Awesome friendly staff that made you feel welcome & treated everyone as a special guest. Will come back in the future.”

• We had trouble with our TV and air conditioner.

“I thought the rates were high for what we got. It was a Green Bay Packer home game weekend and the rates were high.”

• The hotel was very clean!
• We liked everything about the hotel.

“Our stay at the Fairfield Inn was very pleasant. The staff was very helpful and the facility and our room were very clean. The location was excellent. Easy access from the freeway and we could even walk to the mall and several restaurant!”

• The pool area was pretty cool - especially for kids.
• Never had towels at the pool. Always had to ask. Front desk not well covered.

“It was Ok. I'd probably choose another hotel if one was available. It was convenient and quiet. Not a first choice, but an Ok "fall back" option.”

• Guest rooms are clean and nicely decorated.
• Swimming pool is quite small.

“The hotel lobby area is small, but nicely decorated. Our hotel room was nice. It too was nicely decorated and very clean. The hotel staff was very friendly. The pool is quite small, but we were fortunate that it was not crowded so our children had room to enjoy it! The continental breakfast was delicious! Lots of food to choose from. Although, my husband was disappointed that there were no Jimmy Dean breakfast sandwiches available!”

• Booked a double bed room and ended up in a king suite due to being reserved a smoking room when requesting non smoking.

“Location was great, restaurant next door had good food, staff were friendly.”

• It was easy to get to and located by various restaurants, plus it was close to a mall.
• The pool was very small and I truly think ALL hotels are over priced.

“The people working were very friendly and we arrived early and since the room was done, they let us in. (Some places don't) Everything you needed was right in the area. Gas station next door, plus a restaurant. Then there were several different restaurants all in walking distance, plus the mall was there, too. I guess a microwave and frig would have been nice, if we were staying for more than one night.”

• The hotel was very clean and in a good location.
• The manager at the front desk was very rude and not at all accommodating

“Although the hotel was very clean and nice, the daytime hotel staff was rude and not at all accommodating If I were choosing my own hotel I would not choose to stay here again! This is the only time I have not been pleased with my hotel stay.”
