• Nothing really.
• Uncomfortable beds, shower was bad, peeling paint, changed the room we were to be in.

“I was very disappointed with my stay there. We were to have a smoking room and they changed it on me and could not accommodate. Extra towels were not available when I requested them. The shower head only had one half that worked. The paint was peeling in the bathroom. It is located right next to a highway and was very noisy. No elevator so I had to carry all of my stuff up stairs. I would never stay there again.”

• Beds have saggy mattresses. There were insects in my room. I had second floor room and some heavy luggage and there is no elevator.

“If you have a lot of luggage that you enjoy carrying up stairs this is a good hotel. Be prepared for a stiff back in the morning.”

• Staff was friendly, accommodating and professional.
• A breakfast was included with the room and they ran out of a number of items.

“It is what it is. Nothing special just a clean room with professional accommodating staff. We were originally assigned to a smoking room and the desk manager was able to transfer us to a non-smoking room. ”

• Clean hotel, free wireless, free breakfast (good too!), friendly staff.
• There were a few unpleasant smells in the common halls, but the room itself was very clean.

“Free wireless internet was a nice surprise as it was not advertised. Breakfast in the morning was very good for a free "continental" style - waffles, juice, coffee, cereals, and donuts. Hotel was right off the interstate - convenient for our purposes as were in town to for auto racing. Probably not so nice to take your wife or kids, but it was clean and comfortable for the price. I would not hesitate to visit again.”

• Establishment was old, run-down, smelled of smoke and body odder!

“This could possibly be the single worst hotel that I¿ve ever stayed at, and I¿m including run-down motels on the side of the road in middle America. The hotel is described as a 2 star hotel. In my eyes it does not even qualify as a minus 1. It was completely run down and quite depressing. The room had an odor that I found to be a mixture of body odor and mold. I went too complained about the filthy conditions (dirty shower/bathroom, yellow stains on the comforters, door and woodwork around it severely scuffed and damaged, etc.) but no one was ever at the front counter. The place was just plain ugly, outdated, and sad to be honest.”

• Continental breakfast was simple and good.
• On the last night there was a semi running all night long and I called the front desk but nothing changed.

“I would recommend this hotel to everyone. Over all I was pleased with it and will be booking again next year when I go back to Oshkosh next year.”

• Hotel lobby was nice.
• Hotel rooms were run down. Needed repairs in bathroom.

“This hotel did not meet my expectations from la Quinta. This hotel was a remodeled older hotel and the remodeling job was very poor. For instance my room had a new tub installed. They had damaged the wall during installation and had painted over it, instead of patching the damage. Glue around the edge of the tub surround was never cleaned up. The price I paid at it is the absolute maximum I would ever pay to stay there. On my next trip to Oshkosh I will pay a little more to stay somewhere else.”

• Front desk were teenagers pretty bored and complacent with their job.

“Very clean. Room door had deep scratches and dents. No pool facilities. I believe I got more than I paid for. If you're looking for a clean, economical place to stay, this is it.”

• Easy to find. Sink conveniently located outside of bathroom.
• Nighttime highway noise. Had to hunt for ice machine.

“Nearby US Highway 41 provides some noise at night, but that same proximity provides quick access to locations throughout the Fox Valley from Appleton down to Fond du Lac. Therea''s a golf course and the Fox River out the back door and a few miles of frontage-road restaurants and businesses just south of the hotel. Lake Winnebago and downtown Oshkosh are a close by, but take a map.”

“My overall experience was good at the baymont inn. The only thing I could complain about was the smell of seasonal in our room and also the staff which did not give us an important message when we got in. It didn't cause anything too bad but was a bit of an inconvienence.”
