• Staff was pleasant and helpful.
• Mold growing on the picture above the bead, bathroom door was a hazard for toddler because it was at an angle and opened into the room.

“The hotel has a family friendly staff, but the mold in the picture and the cigarette in a non-smokers room was bothersome.”

“Other hotels around that were newer and fresher. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.”

• The location was close to the interstate.
• The carpet was dirty, the room had a musky smell to it and it was dusty in some places.

“I would not choose this hotel for future stays in this area. The carpet was dirty and wet in front of the sink. I'm not sure if there was a leak or a spill that had caused it to be wet. There was a musky odor in the room and it was dusty in places. If it had not been for my late arrival, I would have sought another place to stay.”

• Beds were comfortable.
• Didn't seem to be the safest area.

“Ok room for the money. Room was clean, but had an overpowering air freshener smell. Continental breakfast was ok. They did have waffles.”

• The room was clean.
• I did not like the outside hallway with no elevator, did not feel safe with all the people standing around.

“This motel was clean, however, it was more like a 1 star facility than a 2 star. It was not professionally operated and the room smelled too strongly with the cleaning solution.”

• Staff very friendly.
• Can only get to staff after dark through a window in the wall.

“It is not bad if all you want is a reasonable night's sleep. Walls are a bit thin, obviously the safety is a bit dodgy (lobby is locked after dark, a small window to the outside with a very, very narrow slot is available for check-in).”

“The staff was nice, but this is not a 2 star motel. It is only a little better than Motel 6.”

• The friendliness of the staff.
• Furnishings poor, carpet poor and dirty, continental breakfast poor.

“The staff was friendly and helpful, however, the room furnishings need updating and the carpet was dirty and outdated. The grout in the tile floor in the bathroom was dirty. The continental breakfast was not good and there was no one there to replenish items once they were gone. There was water, but no tea inside the dining area. Overall I would rate this hotel with a 1/2 star, especially for the price.”
