• Close to restaurants, friendly and helpful staff.
• Salads at the self-serve market were past the expiration date.

• Managers party every night with free food and beer.
• Have to pass through the dining area to get to pool.

“Had a quiet rest full night. I liked that there were lots of pillows. Staff was friendly and knowledgeable about the area, recommended a very nice grill/pub for our dinner.”

• It was easy to check into, pool and exercise room very accessable.
• We had to pay for breakfast, so we left and went somewhere else.

“It was fine for what we needed, we were disappointed with the breakfast buffet requiring payment.”

• House keeping was very efficient.
• Pool was closed, bathroom needed repairs.

“Great check in, great location. My son was very disappointed there pool was not in operation and our bathroom had broken floor tiles and damaged and peeling wall paper in the corners (pretty bad). The rest of the room and the hotel was very nice. A bit stingy with the soaps and shampoo and you have to pay for breakfast there ($8.95), a bit much.”

• Air conditioner in the room was a little too noisy.

• The beds were comfortable.
• The restaurant charged different prices dailey for breakfast un friendly staff.

“The breakfast restaurant was unclean - poor food preparation and care the staff was very unfriendly to include restaurant manager and food prices changed dailey for the same item/s. If
I can help it would not stay at the establishment again.”

• Very beautiful rooms, great attentive staff and
  free internet.

“The hotel and staff were great. The front desk in the evening went out of her way to accommadate my family. She was the first impression that I got of the hotel and she was awesome. They had a flat screen
TV in room. It was awesome.”

• Walking distance to a very nice Italian restaurant, Vanelli. Very good food.

“Very nice, clean. Friendly staff. There is a really decent Italian/Mediterranean restaurant across the parking lot, as well as an outback within sight of the hotel. It is safe to walk.”

• Staff was helpful and rooms were large and clean and the free wireless internet was a nice bonus.
• I can not think of anything I did not like.

“Rooms are clean, spacious, updated, and come with wireless/wired internet service. Fairly close to the interstate access with multiple eating choices near by.”

• It was a beautiful room.
• Everything was nice I have no complaints.

“Our stay was nice even though that it snowed we still had a wonderful time. The hotel and staff were very nice. I will definitely recommend it to anyone.”

• I liked the accommodations, very attractive, and generally clean.
• I had to request a microwave and refrigerator. Soap was only replaced upon request.

“The hotel was very nice upon arrival. Check in was quick and easy and the staff was generally eager to please me. I did not like having to request a micro/fridge or soap (daily). If breakfast had been included as in many hotels of this caliber I would have been more thoroughly impressed. Overall I would recommend this hotel to others, particularly those with children.”
