• Clean, and close to shopping area.
• The staff wasn't nice.

“Everything about this hotel was great. But the staff wasn't friendly at all. It was not nice talking to them at all.”

• Great comfortable room with microwave and fridge at a great price.
• Close to interstate - noise from passing trucks.

• Fresh, clean linens!
• No indoor pool.

“Our room here was super clean. The linens smelled like they had come straight from the washroom. We had more than enough hot water for our showers. The staff was very friendly and when I needed to book for an extra night at moment's notice, there was no problem. Very stylish room furniture. Definitely been remodeled recently. Not like a lot of hotels. Meridian is a small town, but right where we needed to be. I would stay here again, no questions asked- if I returned to the area. Oh, and there was HBO and plenty of channels for children to watch on our TV.”

• Quiet location. Nice large rooms.
• Leaky faucet.

“I was told that my room did not have a high speed internet connection (though the ad stated it did - all these rooms were "taken" earlier. I would have to use dial up (NO!!! Not that!!) I was able to get enough signal from the nearby other building to have a fast connection, but I was really ticked when I got there and didn't think I would have fast internet. Call ahead and ask for a room to be saved if you want high speed internet.”

• It's location right off I-59 was very convenient.
• The hotel was in poor shape. The rooms were fairly clean but everything - walls, shower, rugs were stained or moldy. Our room had a very musty odor.

“If you really want a 2-1/2 star hotel, this is definitely NOT the place for you. It's, at best, a 2 star. The location is good if you want a quick on/off the Interstate on your way through Mississippi.”

• Clean and up-to-date, and non-smoking room was truly a non-smoking room.
• Could be confusing to get to with frontage road and interstate. I have been there and knew about the streets. Check-in time was at 2 p.m. - rooms were not ready.

“Hotel just off interstate on frontage road. Our room was up front close to highway, but we never heard the busy interstate traffic. Hotel room was clean and attractive. Had internet connections if we had so needed, which we thought was good. Desk clerks during check-in were nice and courteous.”
