• It might can be rebuilt I would rebuild it.
• It looks bad and needs some work.

“It was a great casino before Katrina destroyed it. The isle located next to this resort was hardly touched but casino magic was hit hard and still looks the same as it did when Katrina left it last year.”

• Loved the balcony!
• Needs a bigger bathtub.

“I usually would not have chosen the Casino Magic Hotel but I was very pleased with the room and was especially glad to see the balcony. This is a feature not found very often in Biloxi.”

• Location, rooms, staff, restaurants, and casino
• Three errors 1) requested two beds got one king, 2) requested non-smoking, got smoking, 3) the card keys would not work on the door.

• The facility was relatively well-appointed and in a good location, valet service was fine..
• The bay view was partially obstructed, the front desk ignored three seperate requests,

“Casino Magic has several great things going for it, I only wish their package deals were handled in a less arbitrary manner. The concierge in charge of these packages never seems to know when rooms are available to the public at these package rates. It's very annoying.”

• Clean hotel, friendly staff
• No outdoor pool, very small casino.

• Staff is Horrendous- especially security, Nobody friendly

“Terrible, terrible, terrible- stay elsewhere.. Staff was not accomodating, not friendly and the Security staff for the Casino was down right rude, humiliating and appalling..Serious personel problems all around at this Hotel/ Casino.. Not a nice environment for a vacation”

“The Beau Rivage or Grand Casino were 4 star properties. Casino Magic is a 2 star property in relationship to the other Hotels on the strip.”

• Excellent view from room
• Strict check out time

“The hotel decor is modern and tastefully appointed. The restaurant in the hotel was pretty good. We were exceedingly pleased with the view from our room (we are not gamblers, so the view is important to us). The hotel did not appear to have any rooms with a bad view.”

• Wasn't Too kitchy. We were worried about the "casino" over the top thing.
• Parking lot was a bit of a task.

• The room was very clean, and the location was great.
• This was definitely not a 4 star hotel.

“The hotel was nice, but is definitely not 4 stars. It is probably a 3 star. Compared to other casinos in Biloxi, it does not deserve a 4 star rating. However, the hotel is clean, and the staff is very friendly.”

• Good staff and accomodations.
• Not very many gaming tables available, plenty of slot machines however.

“Did not rate as a 4 star hotel in same locale as Beau Rivage which had much more luxurious atmosphere. Casino Magic also did not have much shopping venues as other 4 star hotels in the area such as Grand Casino or Beau Rivage. Overall, satisfactory hotel but expected more for the price and star-rating.”

• Everything was clean. The decor was exciting.
• There was only one coffee packet. I like coffee at night and in the morning.

“The hotel was clean, attractive and the staff were attentive. I was charged for refreshments that I did not use. The desk clerk removed the charge immediately with no question. I was to receive a receipt by e-mail and I have not received it yet.”

“Very nice hotel, clean fairly large rooms. We were very happy with the service and cleanliness and the view of the Gulf of Mexico was beautiful. It was within walking distance of several other casinos. My only slight complaint was the shortage of diversified restaurants. The casino was fine, although very crowded on the weekend. I would definitely recommend this hotel and casino to friends.”

“When I think of 4 stars, I think of a semi-luxurious room. We had a half-dead potted plant in the room, old furnishings (bedspread, curtains, etc.) The in-room safe did not work. The iron and ironing board were ancient, and the ironing board barely stood by itself. There was no outdoor pool, and the indoor pool was lukewarm and VERY small.”

“Reservation was for the wrong night {they're fault}. Copped us with free buffet {very good}. Rooms were great with a fine view of the gulf. Not for those allergic to smoke-the lobby has that casino smell from the smokers. You don't have to use valet parking- we parked ourselves in the covered parking area.”

“There was nothing wrong with the hotel other than it was VERY smoky and stale. My room had the carpets cleaned recently, so I had to switch to another since the floors were still wet.”
