• Parking in rear, no lights, and very dark! Unsafe for going out at night.

• That it was near the interstate so I could get on the road as soon as possible.
• I was concerned about my vehicle in the poorly lit parking lot and the room was dirty.

“The AC was poor quality; my room had flying bugs that weren't flies buzzing at night; the toilet ran unless you jiggled the handle. I didn't feel safe parking my car there or being in that room.”

• Clean, fresh, new furniture, television, microwave, fridge.
• No hot water; lock on door.

“Very nice, clean facility with attentive staff. However, we had to settle for lukewarm shower in the afternoon. The only response we received from an apologetic staff member was the hotel was full and everyone must be taking a shower at the same time. In the afternoon, the lock on our room did not work properly when we attempted to leave one evening. There were no printed instructions. The very polite maintenance staff responded very quickly.”

“These hotels provided a clean room with the perks of a microwave and small refrigerator. It is in the immediate vicinity of fine restaurants, drug stores, and the outlet mall.”

• Friendly staff, fixed problems with rooms fast.
• Air conditioner in our room did not work-it was 90 degrees in room when we arrived and son's room had to change out TV 3 times before one worked.

“Room was clean and staff was very friendly. It would have been nice if someone had checked out rooms before guest checked in to make sure everything worked. The air conditioner did not work in our room and had to be changed out. They were very fast to do this but it was 90 degrees in there and took awhile to finally cool down. In my son's room the TV did not work and they had to change it out 3 times before finding one that worked. We were tired and hot and looking forward to relaxing in our rooms so this was very aggravating at the time. We will not stay here again.”

• Free wireless internet card rental for our computer.
• Dumpy rooms.

“Over priced. Looks great in the lobby and from the outside, but rooms are terrible. Horrible mattress. No privacy sign for door so the maid tried to open our door twice while we were still in bed. Checkout was 11, not sure why they had to clean the room at 9:30am. Wouldn't go back.”

• The beds were not meant for sleeping more like bricks!

• The location was good.
• The TV didn't work and the air conditioner was old and noisy. Room was generally not very clean.

“This Holiday Inn was obviously a comfortable family hotel at one time. It has not been remodeled or upgraded in many years and it shows.”

• Good location.
• Hotel stopped providing free breakfast certificate.

“Hotel is no longer a good value for the money. I was given certificates for free breakfast in the morning and a free soft drink at the lounge for each day of my stay on each of my last three stays at this hotel. In addition I was not given a newspaper delivered to my door as is supposed to be the procedure for priority club members even though I reminded the front desk staff on two occasions. That was my last stay at this property.”

• I couldn't afford an upscale hotel so this was my next choice.

“Very convenient to locations I needed to go to; staff was extremely courteous and helpful. My son insisted that I give a good rating to this place because the ratings listed previously were low. However, we had a very positive experience at this location.”

• Clean I liked you had more than just one towel. Wasn't disturbed.
• The room was right by renovation that was going on with the hotel.

• The bed was filthy, I was scratching all night. The rooms were supplied with lotions and shampoos from a nearby casino.

“The bed was filthy and the pillows smelled bad. The lotion and shampoo in the room were from a nearby casino. A container of floss was left on the bathroom counter and when I called the office to ask if this was left by the hotel, I was told that I was probably left by a former guest. I m not sure the did anything, but make the bed before I got there. I would never stay at this hotel or another Holiday Inn Hotel ever again, this was a horrible experience.”
