• I did not like that they did not have a full service restaurant.

• We were in the corner room so we had two sets of windows and we had lots of sun light.
• The bed was not very comfortable.

• Beautiful lobby, comfortable room.
• Hard to find, placement of TV-view obstructed by cabinet.

“Definitely worth the price. Convenient to shopping center, restaurants and expressway. Can't say anything negative. Very nice hotel! I would definitely stay here again and recommend to friends!”

• Their business center was very available.
• The air conditioner would shut off when no one was in the room or while we were sleeping.

“The motel is close to food and entertainment and is fairly new. The air conditioner has a motion sensor which caused it to go off during the night while we were sleeping and it got too warm in the room. The staff was unable to tell us how to keep this from happening. Nice place to stay otherwise.”

“This is a brand new hotel. Little tricky to get to but you can see it from the I-90. Highly recommended and well worth the price.”

• No smoking, king sized bed with small sofa, attractive, good shower/water pressure in morning.
• Difficult to see the TV from the bed.

“Check in were smooth and no hassle and we felt like we got a very nice room. The decor was clean and modern. We've stayed in the Hilton garden inn recently and I feel that this was comparable.”

• It looked new, was nicely appointed and was very clean.
• The hotel desk staff person the night we checked in. She was lazy and unaccommodating.

“When we asked about the pre-packaged cookies and muffins that had been available when we checked in but were gone when we came by ten minutes later. The hotel building itself was very nice, but the staff needs to have a little better understanding of what the hospitability industry should be about.”

• Spacious, clean, nice pool, kind staff, located fairly near food & a Target!
• Only that a kids soccer team drank up all the hot water in lobby & dominated the pool.

“Patient and caring employees greeted us as we entered the lobby. A large, clean spacious room with a small frig, countertop and coffee pot helped us to relax quickly. The one-button dial-up to UNO's pizza with no delivery charge made dinner a snap! And, the wireless web kept us connected to the loved ones we'd left behind. We're really pleased with the hotel. We stayed in this hotel going & coming. Very nice hotel.”

• Beds were the best ever in a hotel chain.
• No free continental breakfast.

“Fabulous beds! Attractive, upscale look. Very good breakfast buffet, but be warned that you pay for it (although from the set-up, you don't necessarily realize that). Nice but small pool. Very clean and very friendly staff.”

• Distance from restaurants.

“Warmly greeted. Clear maps and details about area restaurants provided when I asked about finding a place to eat. Room was very clean with many comfort details added. Would stay here again!”

• Not one thing was there that I didn't like. Not one!

“Immaculately clean, friendly smiling faces upon arrival! Well appointed room with an exceptional layout! Staff was above excellent from the front desk, breakfast personnel to the housekeeping staff. What a treat. Excellent location close to highway, yet quiet rooms. Pool was fantastic; hot tub was great, exercise room well equipped and nice laundry facility. Within walking distance to a restaurant. Nice pantry for small food items; even fresh fruit and milk. Highly recommend here and will stay here again when in the area.”

• The hotel was great and suite the needs of the average traveler. I am an advance traveler and stay at the top hotels like the Ritzs Carlton most times.
• Everything was great.

“I stay at some of the finer places in the country. Mostly five star rating, and this hotel measured up to the best of them when it come to service. Thank for a great stay.”

• From the entrance on, it was luxurious and welcoming. I had a wonderful stay.
• A little hard to get to from the interstate, the access roads are confusing.

“Comfortable surroundings, looks to be a higher class hotel than it really was. Open spaces, plenty of room, plenty of access to facilities. Comfortable beds, even some sitting room. You'll enjoy it.”

• Very relaxing and quiet and room very spacious.
• Got wake-up call at 7:00 that did not request, Had problem finding service road to get into hotel.

“Everything was bright and clean spacious room and dinning area. Liked there, little grocery store and snack area. Had plenty to choose from, but prices were high even so from past experience this would still have been much better then junk food usually available.”

• Room was very pleasant.
• The receptionist made a big mistake and she was not kind enough to apologize properly.

“The hotel was Okay. I spent the night with my fiancée there. She said in a loud voice that my credit card was declined in front of other people and made us uncomfortable. Finally, she got the receipt in the office and understood that the payment had been made.”

• Very comfortable bed and pillows; it was a non smoking hotel and had a very nice pool.
• We were going to be charged 20.00 extra for a rollaway bed so chose not to.

• When we tried to turn the thermostat down, the air conditioning came on.

“Beautiful rooms with extremely comfortable beds and pillows. Heating system was noisy and had some flaws, but we just turned it off, and that worked fine for us.”

• I was impressed with the cleanliness of the facility! Fantastic pool and hot tub.
• It was difficult to watch the TV while lying in bed.

• It was very nice and clean, and new. Very comfortable.
• The pool was way too cold; they need to crank up the heat on it.

• The room was attractive and the beds comfortable. Lots of cable channels to choose from.
• The walls were thinner than most hotels. I could hear virtually everything that was going on in the room next to me and above me.

“The hotel was clean, elegant, and the beds were comfortable. The hotel lobby gave it the upper scale feel, especially with the restaurant. The pool and whirlpool and fitness room looked inviting, though I did not try it. My only complaint was how I could clearly hear the TV in the room next to me and I could hear the people a floor above me walking around. It made it hard for me to fall asleep. Most hotels you hear a little of the noises around you but for this hotel, I heard more than normal, which made my sleeping experience not the greatest.”

“I am generally very laid back and easy to please. In this room I could hear the people above me, next to me, and in the hallway. Housekeeping knocked on my door before 9 a.m., even with the do not disturb sign posted. All in all, not the most relaxing experience. On the positive side, my room was very pretty and impeccably clean. Wi-Fi internet access worked great. I probably would not stay here again.”

• The hotel was new and clean!
• The fire alarm at 3:45 am was horrible.

“The hotel was nice and is in a new section of town. If you're looking for locally owned restaurants close to your hotel this is not your place. Everything is a chain restaurant around there. The employees were nice but did not know what to do when there was the 3:45am fire alarm. There was no communication to the guests at all during or after the alarm.”

• The hotel staff was incredibly friendly and helpful and never made us feel like we were being a burden with two small children.
• The buffet was less than desirable for 9.95 and the server was rude and pushy.

“I really appreciated the helpfulness and friendliness of the hotel staff. I would likely stay here again; however I think they need a full service restaurant and room service.”
