• Bed was wonderful and the room was clean and attractive and spacious!
• Honestly, it was hard as heck to find, especially in the dark.

“It looked like every other building in the complex from the outside but inside there was so much attention to detail both from a visual perspective and a human comfort aesthetic. The breakfast bar was AMAZING! My son and husband went for the waffles but I really appreciated the eggs and cheese. wow!”

• Windows broken, full of mosquitoes.

“La Quinta seemed nice. Two lobby windows were shattered and the lobby was full of mosquitoes (5 bites in 5 minutes). The hallways and the room smelled really bad, probably due to carpeting that had not be cleaned or replaced. The temperature in the room was controlled by a very noisy AC unit.”

• The pool was great and warm. The room was clean and comfortable.
• There wasn't anything.

“Great place to stay the pool was kid friendly and it was so warm we all had fun in it. The rooms were clean and had the fridge and microwave in it so it was great with having kids and snacks.”

• Very clean and spacious. I loved the size of the room and bath room.
• The bathroom tub drain was very slow.

• The staff was friendly and helpful. Very nice and clean.
• It was hard to find, but was easy after getting there once.

“Thought this motel had great staff, they were friendly and very helpful. It was clean and comfortable. Loved having a microwave and refrigerator in our room. The continental breakfast was awesome and plenty of food still there 15 minutes before it ended! Loved the restaurant/bar near by and is very close to any shopping needs. Will definitely would stay there again and will pass the word along to all our friends.”

• Extremely clean, new; excellent condition, quiet.
• Refrigerator froze my food, I seemed to get a bug a two chewing on my head there!

“Very nice for 2.5 stars. Clean, spacious, newly constructed nice staff at check-in. Decent complimentary breakfast, but the food and coffee can always be better quality at such things. Unfortunately, the refrigerator froze my food (but they gave me a coupon to defray that expense). Also, I don't know where else I could have picked up a bug or bugs on my scalp that I noticed after I left. I've never had this happen to my scalp and the sores are gone now (how strange, but I cannot prove it was from the hotel bedding).”

“Everything was nice, but I was working nights and I told the front desk that I didn't want to be disturbed. I had my do not disturb sign on the door and housekeeping still called and woke me up. I couldn't get back to sleep.”

• The hotel staff was incredibly friendly when we checked in.
• Indoor pool was not listed on the amenities list and therefore we didn't plan for it.

• Location and size of room were very good. Bed was nice.
• Ice storm caused fall, no one cared enough to make sure I was okay.

“The whole experience was wrecked by the check out experience. I fell on the ground just out side the hotel. The ground was very icy and no effort was made to make it safe. I fell very hard, my wife ran inside to get help. The front desk clerk said she was alone and could not leave the front desk and no one was around to help. She said the ice would have to be left to the maintenance people who were in late that morning. She said she would take my name and let the manager know what happened and have them call me. No one called! I had to miss work on the next day with a stiff neck and stiff back. I would think the manager would have at least called to make sure I was okay. I will not return unless I receive a call from someone that works there.”

“What a pleasant surprise! Candidly, I was concerned when I saw I had gotten room at a La Quinta (because many are in my opinion not up to par). This exceeded my expectations by any and every measurement - from the clean, comfortable rooms to the spacious working area; from the excellent breakfast to the helpful staff; from the warm fireplace for groups to visit to the free complimentary computer access. I would come back here in a heartbeat.”

• Need more cable TV choices. When the do not disturb sign is on the door, do not call about cleaning the room.

• Too much furniture in the room - cramped. Public spaces nicer than rooms.

“Very nice for a La Quinta! Beautiful lobby and pool w/ play area, friendly staff, and decent free breakfast. The rooms could be a little more comfortable - duvets instead of bedspreads would be nice- not enough linens on bed, too much furniture in room. Overall, good value for a family, though! Quiet, too!”
