• We had the King suite with a sofa bed so there was more room to sit & relax or watch TV.
• Mattress on the bed was only fair.

“Our room was clean and we had extra room as it was a King suite but yet it was still reasonably priced.”

• Spacious room with excellent amenitites.
• We had two beds.

• I liked how the room was set-up.
• I didn't like how the pool was all the way at the end of the hotel.

• They offered to have breakfast set out early because our flight left at 6am.
• If you miss the turnoff for the motel you are immersed in highways immediately.

“We arrived on Christmas Eve very late but were met with a friendly staff. Rooms are comfortable and clean. The price is reasonable.”

• Clean, safe, comfortable, conveniently located.
• Fitness center in a bit of disrepair, too many unsupervised children running amok.

“My stay at the Comfort Inn was very nice. I am a business traveler, and found the accommodations very comfortable and clean. However, during my stay there were several families, and children were taking over the facilities. I badly needed to use the internet for business, and it was constantly monopolized by children playing computer games, etc. Furthermore, parents were not supervising their children and allowing them to use the fitness center, even though they did not meet the age limit. I would like to see this matter addressed in the future. Thank you!”

• Free high speed internet, free breakfast.
• Inadequate signage, untrained staff dealing with public.

“I asked for two beds non-smoking. Couldn't find the room due to misleading direction signs. Returned to desk. Found the room. Keys didn't work. Returned to desk. Got into the room. Discovered it was smoking but had microwave, fridge, and view. Returned to desk third time. Was switched to a two-bed non-smoking room with no microwave, no fridge, no view. I apologize for being rude to the hotel manager.”

• Comfort Inn is extremely easy to find since it's right off the highway coming into Madison.
• The desk staff was young and inexperienced. Not a very friendly attitude.

“We enjoyed our stay at Comfort Inn and would be happy to stay there again. The price was great for the quality of the hotel. The breakfast buffet was very expensive.”

• Especially, the free Internet access station in the lobby. Also, the extensive breakfast choices and gratis USA Today.
• No access to CNN Headline News. Need more Sports channels.

“This is the first ever Comfort Inn for me. I am quite favorably impressed with the high quality of the facility in general, the spacious, comfortable room, availability of freshly brewed coffee and unbrewed fresh fruit. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay.”

• I requested and received a non-smoking room.
• Quality of the bedding and bedspread could be higher.

“The hotel had a reasonable variety of break fast items, the room was clean, bathroom was nice. It was also nice to have a couch in the room, as well as a desk chair.”

• It is conveniently located and the staff are friendly. the rooms are nice and the free internet is a plus.
• Cleanliness could use a little work

“This is my second stay at the Comfort Inn in the past two months. The hotel staff are friendly and the continental breakfast was good. I liked the free popcorn in the lobby as well as the computer and mini business center. Our room was nice, however it was not that clean as I found a finger nail clipper on the floor. The floor did not seem as if it was vacuumed after the last guests stay. The pool and jaccuzzi were set at nice temperatures, however they too looked like they had not been cleaned in a while. Overall I really enjoyed my stay and would stay there again!”

• Exceptional breakfast bar.
• Did not deliver extra pillows as requested.

“Very clean, quiet hotel. When I stayed there, it appeared to be nearly full, yet the hotel was very quiet. The room was large with a king sized bed, sofa and coffee table.”

“Older hotel that has been updated. There were strange odors in parts of the hotel that were personally unpleasant. No in room internet service. Ok if passing through and have a cheap rate but not one for business travelers.”

• I liked the cleanliness of the room, its location to the freeway, and the breakfast
• The pool area is very small, and the staff did not tell us of the exercise room

“The Comfort Inn was a great stay. There was a short line when we arrived, but it went quickly. The Lady working at the front desk was not very talkative, yet she was polite. Our room was clean; and the Hotel was quiet. We had a quick trip, just a stop over, but we enjoyed our stay.”

• Large comftble room, shampoo, soap, complimentary contnl bkfst, USA Today, quiet room but, especially, the gratis I-net access with their computer in.
• Anyone arriving after 7:30 a.m. does not get a complimentary USA Today (all gone, not many stocked), nor yogurt or coffee cakes(same reason)...

“Comfort Inn is a cut above the average, a motel that gives a perception of good quality room, facility, and service. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay (even though no one made any effort to (a) get me a USA Today nor yogurt or coffee cake, nor (b) apologize for not having any (in fact, the food-serving lady was rather rude about it).”
