• Carpet could be a bit cleaner.

• Close to university.
• Customer service.

“I had the worse experience here. These people are rude and deserve to be out of business. Do yourself a favor and find another place to stay! Oh and they put me out of the hotel.”

• There was nothing I liked about this hotel and have registered complaints with the hotel.
• Under complete renovations, uncooperative manager.

“This was an extremely disappointing experience. We were unable to stay at this hotel because it was under complete renovations, although a handwritten note taped to a wall said they were open. Unsafe environment. No other guests anywhere only construction workers. building supplies everywhere including the parking spaces in front of rooms. ”

• Beds were comfortable.
• Toilet stopped up, microwave was broke, light by bed didn't work, and light in bathroom didn't work.

“Hotel was average, room wasn't very pleasant.”

• The price was good, the location was nice.
• They were renovating the lobby, probably something that could not be helped.

“The room was nice enough. It had a micro-fridge, a hair drier, and an iron/ironing board but no in room coffee pot. There was coffee in the lobby. If you need an inexpensive place to lay your head in Hattiesburg this is the place.”
