• The interior design of the entrance was well laid out and the dining area was very nice.
• They were doing construction so workers were in the hallway and the elevator hauling stuff.

• Everyone was nice and helpful since we were evacuating from a hurricane and were not familiar with the area.
• Nothing.

“This was a nice hotel with a friendly staff and the indoor pool and hot tub was very nice since we were stressed from being evacuated for a hurricane in our home town. Thanks!”

• Upon check in, high expectations.
• King bed - switch to double beds. Awesome!

“They took good care of us upon check in. We had a room with a king bed and your staff did everything possible to get us in a room with double beds. Yes, I was very unhappy about this but in the end I was very pleased! Thank you staff for helping us out in this situation.”

• Friendly. Very clean, attractive lobby and room. Loved the bedding.
• AC was not quite cool enough at night. WiFi did not work the night we were there.

• The ceilings are unusually high, at least on the first floor. Gave a sense of more space.
• Needs better signage. While directly beside the interstate, getting to it can be confusing.

“Loved the absence of the standard hotel bedspread. Instead, a light duvet was encased in two bed sheets, allowing for laundering after each guest. The indoor pool was being renovated, but seemed very nice. Good value.”

• The desk clerk was very friendly and check-in was a breeze.
• Didn't like the noisy humidifier in the room.

“My fiancé and I stayed at this hotel for a wedding. It was conveniently located off the main highway near many shops and restaurants. It was a pleasant stay
and I would definitely recommend others to try this hotel.”

• Hotel staff was friendly and compassionate.

“We were there on a family emergency. Staff was very helpful and sympathetic. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Breakfast buffet was good. It was close to the hospital.”

• Hotel was better than some 4 star hotels Ive stayed in.

“This hotel had all the luxury of some 4 star hotels except for no room service or mini bars which I do not use anyway. Hotel manager and staff seemed to really care about their patrons.”

• This hotel had indoor swimming pool and workout facility, staff was first rate.
• Treadmill was broken.

“Hotel staff was excellent at this hotel. Upon arrival to last day there was always nice to hotel guest. Manager seemed to really care about his hotel and services which were by far the best environment I have observed in a great while.”

“The mattress on the bed was not comfortable, no covers on some of the electrical outlets. No lid on commode. No place in bathroom to hang anything other than on shower rod. Floors were not that clean. Did not use swimming pool etc. Bad experience.”

• Where the microwave and fridge were placed in the room.

“I have stayed here once before and the fresh cookies were as good then as this time around. Front desk staff extremely nice. Even noticed how friendly they were to others checking in same time.”

• The indoor pool was a plus for small children.
• Room towels and pool area towels were damp.

“Hotel was a little difficult to find, but ok. Room towels and pool area towels were damp. Desk clerk acted as though she was a bit surprised, although she did indicate that another guest also said something similar. Free continental breakfast was very decent, except several items (such as milk) ran out, and had to be requested was not replenished automatically.”

• It was very clean and attractive in spite of 'redo' construction.
• Windows into the pool area next to the elevator made some guests feel ' on display'.

• There were no towels in the bathroom when I checked in.

• The crisp white linens on the beds were awesome!
• Nothing I didn't like.

“From the time you walk into the lobby until the time you walk out you feel like you are in a luxury hotel. The staff was very friendly, the breakfast was great, and the room was wonderful! I didn't swim but when I go back in the spring I'll remember my swim suit. The swimming pool looked very inviting as well as the hot tub. As a single woman traveling alone I felt very safe here.”

• Very clean, rooms located inside hotel instead of outside access.
• It was nice, nothing negative.

“We were very pleased with our stay. We loved the dehumidifier in the room. Our room was located next to the elevator but that didn't really pose a problem. It wasn't loud like we thought it might have been. One thing that did bother us the next morning was that there were several children running around the floor we were on. This was more of a problem with the parents not keeping them quiet and not the hotel staff. Also, checkout was at 12pm but the housekeeping staff knocked on the door at 10:30am to see if we were still there. We were fixing to leave, but we could have still been asleep.”

• The locating was good right off of hwy 59.
• The pool didn't work. I had to clear off the bed because it had stuff on the sheets.

“I feel this hotel has a lot of work to do in guest serve. The hotel is not well built because I could hear the people on the floor above me all night long.”
