• Close to lots of shopping and restaurants.
• The room smelled old and the sheets were stained.

• The crisp white linens on the beds were awesome!
• Nothing I didn't like.

“From the time you walk into the lobby until the time you walk out you feel like you are in a luxury hotel. The staff was very friendly, the breakfast was great, and the room was wonderful! I didn't swim but when I go back in the spring I'll remember my swim suit. The swimming pool looked very inviting as well as the hot tub. As a single woman traveling alone I felt very safe here.”

• The hotel seemed hidden and hard to find.

• 2nd floor, didn't tell us there was an elevator.

• So clean, smelled good and so much luxury.
• Nothing.

• Very clean, rooms located inside hotel instead of outside access.
• It was nice, nothing negative.

“We were very pleased with our stay. We loved the dehumidifier in the room. Our room was located next to the elevator but that didn't really pose a problem. It wasn't loud like we thought it might have been. One thing that did bother us the next morning was that there were several children running around the floor we were on. This was more of a problem with the parents not keeping them quiet and not the hotel staff. Also, checkout was at 12pm but the housekeeping staff knocked on the door at 10:30am to see if we were still there. We were fixing to leave, but we could have still been asleep.”

• The locating was good right off of hwy 59.
• The pool didn't work. I had to clear off the bed because it had stuff on the sheets.

“I feel this hotel has a lot of work to do in guest serve. The hotel is not well built because I could hear the people on the floor above me all night long.”
