“We really enjoyed our stay and think this is a great hotel. They are a wonderful inclusion.” Feb 8, 2005 by
Erik from Edina, MN
“Excellent value. Very modern. Professional staff. Wonderful view of lake and excellent location vs. Convention Center. Location NOT good for most other events.” Feb 3, 2005 by
Katherine from Whitewater, WI
“The Monona Terrace Hilton provides clean, comfortable, spacious accommodations in a great location. The service is excellent. The lobby bar is comfortable, with a roaring fire in winter. The same space provides a great spot for excellently prepared breakfast. The pool and whirlpool and exercise facilities help keep one relaxed and in shape.” Jan 4, 2005 by
Mark W. from Boston “This is a beautiful hotel, with a wonderful view. This hotel is close to everything in downtown Madison. It was a great stay!” Dec 27, 2004 by
Lawrence J. from Niles “This hotel had some very good qualities. I was completely satisfied except for the bed. I did not care for the comforter and the bed itself was rather short. I'm under 6 foot tall and my feet were hanging off the edge. Other than that, it was a good experience.” Dec 22, 2004 by
Joyce C. from Arlington Heights “The hotel was definitely a 4 Star facility. It had spacious, beautifully decorated rooms, with all the amenities of a high class hotel. I was extremely happy.” Dec 8, 2004 by
John K. from Chaska “The Hilton was in a great location in downtown Madison and surpassed our expectations. The hotel restaurant and room service provide great service and the fitness facilities are up to date.” Dec 8, 2004 by
Keith O. from Washburn “The hotel was situated in a rather hard to find locating, compounded by road work and temporary one way traffic. Once inside everything went well. Service was attentive. Rooms were clean. Pool area was fine too. Sunday brunch was a bit "off."” Dec 7, 2004 by
Erica R. from Iowa City “Great, hip hotel. Within walking distance of downtown, yet not in the middle of downtown. Staff was very nice and helpful.” Dec 1, 2004 by
Scott B. from Woodridge “Wonderful hotel. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Would book a room there in the future.” Dec 1, 2004 by
Shelly C. from Green Bay “When we arrived they upgraded us to a king-sized bed with a great view of Lake Montana. We were very satisfied with our stay and wish they'd all turn out like that!” Nov 30, 2004 by
Jacqueline S. from Onalaska “The Hilton Monona Terrace in Madison was great. It was one of the nicest rooms we have ever stayed in and it was in a great location! Everything I expected and more!” Sep 11, 2004 by
Teresa T. from Evanston “The hotel was very exclusive-top notch. I was a little disappointed that it offered no complimentary conveniences such as continental breakfast, lobby coffee, -some of the things you find at less expensive hotels. They did allow us to check in early and the staff was very pleasant.” Sep 9, 2004 by
Laurie K. from Merritt Island “Beautiful hotel, excellent location between the lake and the capital building, friendly staff. The common areas and rooms are very, very well maintained. The rooms aren't that spacious, and the room decor is rather cold (but I recognize that's a matter of taste), but the views out the window are VERY nice. The beds are ok, but aren't as comfortable as the Sheraton's, in my opinion. Maid service never came in one of the days... no idea why not. I found the drink prices in the bar to be too high (I'm guessing they think everyone in that location is on an expense account).”
