• Nice room and friendly staff.
• It was a bit out of the way since we were visiting my son at the University.

• The location was convenient to what we used it for and they provided breakfast .
• Guests came to breakfast barefoot and in pajamas.

“All in all, it was clean and well equipped. We appreciated the coffee pot, refrigerator and microwave. You had the option of not changing linens every day. Very green.”

• It was quite for a restful nights sleep.
• The mattress was not as firm as I might have liked.

“Check in was a breeze. Directions to find my room were the closest possible. My room was clean & had all the necessities that I needed. I was able to contact room service for supper. I would have liked the meat to be more done, but supper was over all good. It was a quiet stay & had a very good rest.”

• Restaurant was not open/Attached to hotel.

• The pool area was nice - clean - family friendly.
• Needed more staff at desk.

• Nice location.
• Staff wasn't very pleasant, no elevator.

“Room was very clean and neat, however one of the hotel staff members was rude. I was traveling with my 6 month old and the front desk representative seemed put-out when I asked for a crib. Unfortunately there was no elevator either.”

• The pool area was beautiful. Very clean.
• The location was described as Madison, this was actually Middleton - far west side of Madison.

“The rooms were nice and very clean. The pool area was very nice. My children enjoyed the pool and game room. I highly recommend a room overlooking the pool area if you have children.”

• Quiet location, friendly staff, good price value.
• A little distant from local businesses (restaurants, convenience stores, etc.).

“If you're in town to meet people for business or pleasure, this hotel offers good quality at exceptional prices. You do have to travel a bit to find any restaurants, and it's a ways out of the town center and away from the university campus. But freeway access is easy, and the location is quiet at night and on the weekends. A good room at a good price if you need a place to rest your head but plan your social events elsewhere.”

• King size bed was extremely comfortable.
• They never asked for my I.D. or credit card to prove who I was. I didn't even have to sign anything.

“Very clean, short cab ride from downtown. Nice big rooms. Great water pressure and awesome massaging shower head. There wasn't to much staff interaction so I am not a good judge of that but from the little I did have they were very helpful. I like the 12 o'clock check out time, it allowed me to sleep in a little longer on the extra comfy mattress I will stay here again next time I am in Madison. You should to!!!”

• Nice to have a refrigerator and a microwave in the room.
• Rooms weren't available for early check-in.

“I liked staying at this hotel. It was nice and quiet, and still in a convenient location, as well as in a safe area. I appreciate that they conserve energy at the hotel. The soda machine wasn't working, and one of the vending machines only had popcorn available, but happily I had a refrigerator and microwave in my room, so I was able to keep some food handy for my late night arrivals. I'd definitely stay there again if I find myself in the Madison area again someday.”

• It was near a nice shopping area with good restaurants.
• Could not get the air conditioner to stay on. It had an energy conservation device on it.

• Free drink card on check-in, and they call to ask if the room is ok.
• Older than most in the area.

“Nice pool area with lots of seating for a party or family gathering. bar is roomy with nice size TV. Great west side of Madison value.”
