• Hotel was quick to fix 1 of 3 things broken in our room. Others not done.
• 2 out of 3 broken things not fixed.

“Little frustrated that we had a few issues with lights not working, broken bathroom door lock, broken hairdryer. Only hairdryer was replaced. Never replaced broken light or fixed bathroom door.”

• Clean and quiet.
• It is hard to enter to get into the hotel.

“The hotel was great but signs should be put to tell you have to access this hotel.”

• Nice, clean and staff was appropriately responsive.
• The location is the worst and the weekend continental breakfast started at 7 am, as I was leaving.

“This hotel is very nice but you can't find it! Continental breakfast (which is included in the rate) starts at 7 am. On weekends. As I had to leave by 7 am. I was forced to find breakfast on the road.”

• Room was spacious and clean also like the workout room.
• It is a little bit of a pain to get to.

• We were accommodated on our request for rooms with 2 queens rather than 1 king and pullout.
• They charged for continental breakfast.

“Our stay was more than adequate. The hotel staff was very courteous The rooms were very clean, and the beds were super comfortable. The location was good overall; however, there was construction very nearby, which made it a little inconvenient coming and going. This was not the hotels fault. We were there for a wedding and the bulk of the wedding party stayed at an alleged higher caliber hotel, but everyone felt we had the better accommodations Extremely satisfied. Thanks.”

• Staff was friendly.
• Location horrible-hard to find not well marked-construction made it worse.

“Nice hotel, friendly staff. However, could not see the hotel from War Memorial Drive. No signs to let you know it was there. There was a little sign at Teamster drive stating hotel was on that road. Had to go around edge of shopping mall to get there. No signs visible-if there were any, the trees blocked them. Would not stay there again nor recommend it to anyone else because of difficulty in getting there.”

• Getting to the hotel, while visible from the major highway, it was difficult to get to.

• The road construction around the hotel site, difficult to get to.

• My room was beautiful and I enjoyed the workout room as well.
• two words swipe cards, had some issues but the staff was very pleasant.

“I was very impressed with the quality of my room, the friendliness of the staff and the whole atmosphere at the Peoria Courtyard by Marriot and would highly recommend it to friends.”
