• Large room, thick towels.
• Being on the second floor but I didn't request differently.

• Free Breakfast.
• The hotel wasn't easy to find.

“When we arrived at 5:30 P.M. the Lobby entrance was completely dark so that we went looking for a lobby as it didn't even appear to be open. The room entrances were all on the outside and our second floor room was not easy to access.”

• No restaurant in the hotel or nearby, though breakfast served

• free continental breakfast, newspaper, and computer/internet access
• I was unable to get a smokefree room.

“The location in Springfield is ideal for someone that wants to attend an event held at the fairgrounds, only one mile away. The furnishings need to be updated - old beds and lumpy pillows. However there was a well supplied free continental breakfast, friendly staff, and clean pool!”

• the interior of the room was modern and up to date
• the location and the exterior entrances

“New Outdoor pool. Very comfortable serta mattresses. Interior of rooms were fairly new and clean. Location isn't ideal, but for the price it was more than adequate.”

“Pool, Iron and ironing board, hair dryer, comfy chairs, nice tv, good sized rooms. Free continental breakfast and morning newspaper. Not by a noisy highway. A little old but clean.”

“Staff was very freindly and helpful. The towels were the best that I've had anywhere in a long time! My room was very quiet. Could not hear neighbors or airplanes through the walls. Very nice place to stay!”
