• This hotel was great.
• Pool was small.

“We were there on a Thursday and Friday night, so it was not very busy which was nice. My young children (9,6,1) enjoyed the pool as it was only 3ft deep with one small 4ft area. Breakfast was nice and the rooms were comfy.”

• Very beautiful decor, clean, very comfy bed, friendly staff.
• There was nothing I disliked about this hotel.

• The room was quite spacious, with a fridge and microwave and couch and all.
• It was quite out of the way.

“If you dislike kids, this is not the hotel for you. There's a family-friendly pool, and not quite enough space for all that youthful exuberance. Also, it's hard to find and quite a bit away from Downtown Memphis. However, the room itself is clean and spacious, and it's a positive experience once you're safe inside.”

• Convenient to shopping and restaurants.
• Not quite as clean as I would have liked.

“Nice hotel with friendly people. Good breakfast and nice facilities. Very close to a nice mall and many grocery stores, Wal-Mart, target, and great restaurants. Some food had been left in the mini fridge and found a couple of little things left under the bed on the far side. The staff took care of it promptly. Overall, a comfortable hotel with a very friendly and helpful staff in a great location.”

• Wireless internet access was not easy.

• Clean and nice room.
• 2nd time this chain made me wait to check in due to the night audit process.

“I was denied a room in the Dallas area a few months ago because the computer was down after midnight due to the night audit. I arrived very tired at 1:30 a.m. Very poor customer service by this chain. Zero for two on customer service!!”

“Mostly the hotel was fine, but it took some doing to get an attached room for our granddaughter. The bed in one of the rooms was really bad. It sunk down in the middle several inches. The pool was murky looking but very likely safe, our grandchildren liked swimming in it. The breakfast was pretty good. The convenience was just what we were looking for.”
