• Friendly helpful staff.
• Hallway that leads to room presented a sense of stuffiness.

“We only stayed for two nights, and during that time my wife and I enjoyed the comfortable room with a pleasant view from balcony of well groom landscape.”

• Maids were great.
• No vending machine, bad coffee, hard bed.

“Needs to be up dated a little. A lot better then the last time we went down at the super 8.”

• Nothing.
• Dirty rooms/bathrooms, no dining, smelled bad, under renovation.

“This hotel is under renovation. It is not in good shape. The room had cobwebs all over the ceilings, mold in the bathrooms, and generally smelled aweful! Electrical issues with the lights and television being connected to each other. Not safe.”

• The staff was friendly.
• The pool opened too late (10 am) and the location was far from things I wanted to do with my children.

“The hotel staff was friendly and helpful. The front desk seemed pleasant but there was an underlying feeling of annoyance when asking for things (ex: pool was opening earlier). I was also surprised that they didn't have extra towels by the pool even though they had a set of shelves that looked like that's what is was there for. It wasn't a bad stay but I don't think I would stay there again.”

“This is really a tired old resort hotel. It is in desparate need of refurbing. Most of the bathroom fixtures didn't work properly, the paint was peeling everywhere, it wasn't clean and is in an inconvenient location. Would never stay here again.”

• The staff was very friendly and accomodating.
• There is some construction going on in the area. No fault of the hotel though.

“The lobby is very clean and upscale conservative. Every area was clean and shining. The staff was very friendly and even helped in our dilemma of finding a flower shop. The rooms were comfortable and clean. Everything worked as it should.”

• Housekeeping could have been more attentive.

“The hotel was awesome and very clean, kind of tough to find if never been to area but overall excellent place to stay. I know I will stay again in the future. Restaurant had very good food a little pricy but convenient.”

• Attractive, clean interiors. Good staff.
• Repairman worked loudly immediately outside my room at 8am; hotel was mostly empty. He could have waited until check-out.

“This attractive, three-star convention hotel provides spacious, clean hallways and rooms. Warning: My first Google Maps search showed the hotel's location eight miles to the west of where it really is. Its location is best described as being in the northeast corner of the intersection of MS Hwy 302 and Hacks Cross Road.”

• It was hard to find, but it was very nice.
• I didn't like how there were few signs to locate it, plus the address was very misleading when I got directions.

“Everything was wonderful. Clean, staff was friendly. The only problem was the exit door on the wing on which I stayed didn't have a nice landscaping around. When it rained, my wife and I had to walk through a "mud hole" to get to our car.”
