• Priceline price was good.
• Beds were very uncomfortable. Extremely hard.

“Employees were helpful and friendly. Accommodations were adequate. Breakfast area setup was too small and unorganized, but clean and good variety of food.”

• Lobby and Breakfast area too small.

“Friendly staff and located close to several places to eat in the area. Being close to an exit off of I-40 there is some road noice and the lobby/breakfast area is to small for the number of people that were staying there during our stay.”

• Breakfast.

“When we first arrived, it looked as if the hotel was closed, there were no cars on the side we entered. There were cars around the other side though. Almost every other clerk at every other hotel identifies themselves by their first name. Children ran the halls late into the evening on the floor above us. However, since we were tired we slept anyway. The breakfast was very nice, and the worker serving breakfast was friendly. PS, the local IHOP served cold coffee and cold gravy over biscuits.”

• Pool area was easily accessible with windows to view from outside the pool area. Welcoming fireplace.

  a little crowded.

• Location was not near shopping or dining.

• Very clean. I really enjoyed my stay. The bed was also very comfortable.
• No real problems with hotel. Enjoyed my stay.

“Great hotel for the money. Staff is very courteous. Asked them about a local restaurant and they offered to give me directions and make reservations for me. Really nice people!”

• Very clean rooms and nice staff.
• Ask staff for a crib to bring to my room and they never came.

“Hotel was nice. I was there with my boyfriend and our two young daughters 2 yr and 1 yr. The hotel is right off the freeway which is good but the location seems kind of bad. Fairfield Inn is the best looking hotel on that street. They have free breakfast in the morning but I did not eat any because we were too tired to get up since it was 4th of July weekend and was at a family reunion. The hotel is good for a few day stay. I would stay there again if I am on a budget.”

• Very Clean, safe location, excellent generous breakfast, beautiful rooms safe car parking.
• No micro refrigerator to store your favorite food or drink or medicines that need refrigeration.

“I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone traveling to or through Memphis. Its easy to find as it is close to I40. Safe location considering Memphis has a high crime rate. The hotel and the rooms are very clean and pretty good looking. Generous variety of items on their free breakfast 6-9 am. The only thing I miss is a micro refrigerator.”

• It was convenient, quiet, and has great breakfast.
• We had difficulty keeping the AC blowing at first.

“This is the second my family and I stayed with this property. It was very enjoyable experience for us this time around as well. We will definitely stay again when we are in the area.”

“The hotel and the people who worked there were very nice. We did have to get use to the noise of traffic, but that also meant we had easy access to a major highway. We got directions on MSN, and they never mentioned how much easier it would have been to reach this hotel if highway directions and not local street directions were used. We were very happy with our hotel, price paid and our whole experience in Memphis.”
