• Great decor, healthy breakfast, great flat screen TV, luxury look.
• It was hard to find; telephone directions were automated.

“This place was beautiful, very elegant, lovely decor, but hard to find, especially with the directions on map quest and the automated telephone directions. My husband wanted some hot breakfast, but you had to pay extra for anything hot. That was ok with me, because the choices were all very healthy and it was all on real plates (elegant square ones) and real silverware. Anyone who appreciates style should stay there. Great value!”

• The renovations made to this hotel are great, and the rooms are great.
• Check-in through the self service.

“The hotel is well situated for East Memphis / Germantown and St. Frances Hospital. The renovations to the hotel are wonderful. The rooms are very spacious and comfortable, and the flat screen television is incredible for a hotel. Highly recommended for the money.”

• New decor with 42 inch HD flat panel TV, free breakfast.
• No vending or ice on 2nd floor.

“Used to be an Amerisuites. New design and cool decor. Large rooms with comfy beds. Outdoor pool was nice. HD flat panel TVs with AV inputs for cameras or DVD players etc.”

• Very comfortable bed ,nice TV, excellent breakfast, nice and helpful staff.
• Nothing.

“Beside what's listed in #13,excellent restaurants nearby and excellent walking area nearby. The hotel was perfect for just about everything.”

• Plasma HD TV, WLAN internet access, spacious room.
• One elevator was broken, some constructions.

“The hotel room was very nice and spacious; the HD TV was a bonus. The hotel was in the transition to become "Hyatt Place", so there were some construction activities going on, and one of the elevator was broken.”

• Nice bed and awesome large flat screen TV.
• Very, very noisy throughout the night from other guests entering and outside noise.

“The only negative item about this hotel was the loud noise that kept us waking up through the night. Maybe we were on an unlucky floor but, we could hear guests loudly entering our floor throughout the night (we were next to the elevator!). ”

• Very comfortable bed. Very clean. Very spacious. Great plasma TV. Wonderful.
• Bath tub small. Not good for romance.

• It had a wonderful TV system I had never used a big screen TV before. The decor was very classy.
• I could hear the beep of ambulances backing up all the time but I understand the necessity. My son was in that hospital with a brain tumor.

“Overall I was very pleased with the hotel and thrilled that I got to stay at such a nice place for a reasonable price. It was very clean and the linens looked new. Some hotels you go to you can tell 1000 people used them before you. I appreciated the addition of a writing table. That is important to me.”

• Nicely decorated, bed was comfy, loved the big TV!
• It took a while to find.

• Recent re-model. Very nice furnishings.
• Not smoker friendly.

“Good location. Very comfortable room layout. Wireless strength very good for business travelers. No hassle parking a definite plus. Beautiful furnishings and a great plasma TV.”

• Even though it was being updated it was very clean, quiet. The room was wonderful.
• Only thing is that our room was almost all new except for the bathtub. They should have changed that too.

“Service and room were excellent. The staff was very friendly, helpful and cheerful. Complimentary breakfast had everything anyone could want to eat. We would recommend staying there to anyone.”

• Very contemporary remodel, 42 inch TV.
• In the middle of remodel. Found dirty socks in the drawer.

“The hotel room was absolutely gorgeous!! However, the 42 inch TV did not have a good signal and wasn't very clear. The room was clean but, I found a pair of old dirty socks in the top drawer along with the blow dryer. Just goes to show that they don't chg.”

• It was more than I expected. The flat screen TV was a plus.
• There was nothing that I did not like about this hotel.

• I would have liked more fitness equipment other than cardio.

• It was clean, nicely decorated, my alarm clock in the room worked as well as receiving my wakeup call on time.
• The ice machine was out of ice on my floor and the one above me. No vending machines on my floor. The cable could have had more channels.

“The hotel was very nice, rooms were spacious as well as nicely decorated. The room I stayed in only had double beds but had 3 feather pillows on each bed as well as a great sleeping mattress. My overall stay was great. The large screen TV had a great picture and could be seen from the sitting area as well as the bed. The cable could have used a few more channels. Overall, I would recommend this hotel. It was extremely nice for the price I paid for my night.”

• Front desk staff was friendly and responsive.
• Stopped up toilet not flushed in a very long time. Brown water spurted from sink in 2nd room assignment. TV did not work. Double beds. Etc.

“Please do not send anyone to this hotel until they have replaced plumbing and fixtures. this was the worst stay I've ever had. ”
