• It was clean and the staff was friendly. Breakfast had a good selection and Donna was exceptional as a hostess for breakfast.
• The chair in the room we had with a king size bed did not have good back support. I had to put a pillow in it to protect my lower back.

“We stayed here while visiting Graceland, it was very convenient, clean and the staff was friendly. I would recommend this place to friends.”

• I loved the hot water and they had a pretty good breakfast.
• The double queen rooms were small without a microwave and fridge. The walls had dirty spots on it and the rooms was not worth the price. Actually I have been in cheaper hotels hat make Fairfield look pitiful.

• Staff, cleanliness, space, easy internet, two TV's, handy location.

“Located seconds off highway, near shops & food. Nice clean hotel with friendly, engaging staff. Room was big, clean, had easy wireless internet access, and two televisions, one for the tv and one in front of a comfy and attractive sofa. Staff made lemonade and cookies for front desk in afternoon. Good free continental breakfast.”

“It was convenient to our destination, nice area and clean rooms and lobby areas. Overall happy experience at this hotel. There were plenty of restaurants close to the hotel.”

• The beds were very comfortable.
• Address did not match my gaps.

• Would not let us have double beds.

• Loved the comfort of the room.
• Had problems getting accurate directions to the hotel.

“I loved the stay here. The staff was very nice. The bed was comfortable and I wish I could take it home. Breakfast downstairs was great. The only problem my traveling companion and I ran across waste fact that we got bad directions to the hotel. We spent an hour and a half looking for the hotel. After going to the casino, we realized that we were within 15 minutes of the hotel. Our room was still reserved and we explained what happened to the desk clerk. She was nice and apologized for the mix-up.”

• No fridge or microwave.

“The hotel staff stole my guest's keys and when we were both outside the room looking for them they placed the keys in the middle of the floor like we just looked over them the entire time. We had searched that room up and down and they were not in the middle of the floor like that. The debit card that was in the wallet attached to the keys had been cancelled and that is why we feel they returned the keys. They wanted it to look like we lost them instead of them stealing the keys.”

• The staff was very polite and helpful and it was in a good location.
• It would have been nicer if it had a contained a loveseat for better seating in the room.

For a pleasant stay during our attendance of the little league world series to watch our precious granddaughter have the time of her life.”

• The location, shopping places and eating places was grate for our stay.
• Everything was great, but the beds were too soft. I cant rest well on a soft bed.

• I would not use this Fairfield Inn by choice.
• The staff was unable to make adjustments for a family of six who had a room with 1 king size bed.

• It was clean, had a good breakfast, and a nice pool area.
• The staff was awful. Not helpful at all. Ruined all the good things about the hotel.

“The hotel itself was very nice, clean rooms, nice pool area, very good free breakfast and breakfast area. However, the staff of the hotel was awful! They did not help us at all they gave us a king room, even though there were doubles available. We asked to speak to the manager, and they would not let us. We asked for a roll-away, and they wouldn't give us one. They said if we wanted a room with two doubles, we would have to pay for another room. Ridiculous! ”

“As of 5/12/06, the place still looked brand new and we didn't mind the fact that our window view was of another hotel being built. Great location to stores and restaurants. Only thing was the price. A little high for a Fairfield that far away from a major tourist stop. But that's probably because it's still new.”

• Quiet rooms, nice staff, good breakfast!
• Mattresses needed to be flipped - they sagged.

“Friendly staff made sure everything was in great condition. Good breakfast. Clean rooms. The mattresses sagged a little in places and needed to be flipped, but when I mentioned this to the receptionist, she actually made a note of it and thanked me for telling her. Great waffles.”

• the location of the hotel could be a little better

“I had a little difficulty finding the hotel, you can see it when you get off the freeway but its kind of puzzly to get to it... other then that though the hotel was wonderful. The rooms where pretty clean and nice. The beds and mattresses where wonderful, staff was friendly. Just like all Fairfields Inn hotels it was a good stay.”

• The maintenance worker was very unfriendly

“On Saturday afternoon around 4pm local time, a maintenance worker came knocking on my door to repair a caulking problem in the bathtub. I did not report this problem, and I asked him to come back later. He did 30 minutes later, but this time he tried to break down the door, making my fiancee very nervous. He sounded very rude and unprofessional. I reported this to the desk clerk that afternoon, as well as to the woman working the desk Sunday morning when we checked out. She apologized for the inconvenience, and said that her manager would be made aware of the unprofessional attitude of the maintenance worker.”

“Our stay at Fairfield Inn in Southaven MS was great. We missed the entrance road to the hotel but heck as a pilot I've found out that I can get lost in the sky as well as on the ground. But once there, we were very pleased.”
