• The front desk personnel were great.
• The cleaning/maid service was horrible.

“Room was half cleaned first night no bedspread no pillow cases, not enough towels for 2 people, the second day not cleaned at all, no new towels, bathroom not cleaned at all. Front desk was happy to provide me with what I needed but I should not have had to make 3 trips down to get basic necessities.”

• Price and Location.
• Bed as hard as a rock.

“Staff was pleasant. But, bed was hard, very hard and uncomfortable. Additionally, the clothes hanging rack, next to the bed, was ripped out of the wall on one side. Surprised the cleaning staff did not notice and order repair before renting the room.”

• Nothing! Very noisy.
• Everything! I had dirty towels in my room.

“It wasnt clean! Very noisy! It took the hotel worker about 2 hours to get me an extra pillow! I was very disappointed! Never stay there again!”
