• Friendly staff, clean rooms, no problems what so ever.
• It was very average, but I did not dislike anything about the hotel.

“The price was great in comparison to the quality of the hotel. The room was clean. The beds were not uncomfortable. And the staff was very nice. In fact, we arrived late to breakfast and they even allowed my son and myself to eat after they had already started cleaning up. If I were traveling on a budget, I would definitely stay here again.”

• I liked the location as far as the interstate being close and the restaurants around.
• I did not like the parking, always worried my car was going to be hit!

“I enjoyed this hotel- the check in was simple, and I appreciated the call from the front desk to make sure everything was to our liking. Our rooms were cleaned properly and check out was easy as well. Good price and very comfortable stay.”

• I liked the fact that there was a coffee pot, microwave & a fringe In the room!
• There was no Inner hallway. All the rooms opened to the parking area. That was not a big deal.

“The hotel more than met my needs. Everything was very nice. The breakfast was satisfactory. I had no complaints. The price was excellent.”

• A quick hop over to Memphis through the main artery and relatively no fuss.

“Access to the hotel is outdoors, more like a motel. Without turning the heat on the rooms were stuffy (and it was 30 degrees outside) and the towels (which they said they'd charge you for if they disappeared) were motel rough too. But the front desk was nice throughout all sorts of mishaps (the demagnetization of our room key). And the breakfast was ok. And the cable was plentiful (and south Asian oriented). The place was quiet. My things were safe. And so I had an ok stay.”

• I wish that they allowed small pets.

“We were very pleased. Our room was bright and clean. I forgot my camera in the room. Called after I discovered it missing. They held it for me and I picked it up on my way back through the horn lake area.”

• The deluxe breakfast was very good and the price was reasonable.
• Inadequate parking and outside door was very drafty.

“For an overnight stay it was adequate. It was apparent that the rooms had been redecorated, but some attention to detail was lacking. The deluxe breakfast was great and a nice change from the usual continental breakfasts offered.”

• The complimentary breakfast was great. Hotel staff friendly and helpful.
• Could hear next room very easily. South Memphis not the best area.

“For the money the best hotel in the area. The complimentary breakfast had hot food, saved money on going out for breakfast. Hotel staff friendly and helpful. Rooms clean and neat. Don't expect the Hilton at this price, but all in all a good experience. I definitely felt I got my money's worth with this stay.”

• Parking lot is too small.

“Pretty new hotel. Good strong WIFI signal. Rooms have fridge, microwave, iron, hair dryer. All in all, very nice for the money.”

• I liked the way the room was decorated.- very comfortable atmosphere.
• There was mildew or stain around the tub fixtures.

• Expected NEW hotel, this one may be undergoing renovations.
• bathroom plumbing complete disarray, fixing it or taking it apart?

“Ground floor rooms are like display cages, can't rely have windows open. Not recommended for single travelers People looking in all the time. This was listed as a new hotel. Definitely not. Showers not in proper working condition. $50 is not worth it if you can't take a shower on a hot day. Horn Lake is not well posted on the freeway, so if you are not familiar with the area, you won't even know that you passed it.”

• Bathroom walls should be completely tiled.

“Not a bad property for a value seeker. Good location (access to expressway and Memphis attractions), however it is a "motel" type setup with all room entrances from the outside. Also, the room that I was in had tile missing on the entire top of the wall in the bathtub. Overall, OK experience.”
