• Super location, Comfy beds, clean bathroom, nice shower, big flat screen TV
• Way overpriced snack fridge/ minibar.overpriced parking fee.

• Very soothing, relaxing, intimate hotel experience. Fresh rose petals were laid on the bed to complete the experience.
• Nothing.

“I will definitely stay at this hotel again. I loved the colors, the fragrances, the pool area with the individual cabaa's. I really loved how my man surprised me and had the staff lay fresh rose petals on our bed. That was so romantic and it was a perfect Birthday present. We can't wait to go back to your hotel! Thanks for a relaxing weekend.”

• Ordered coffee to room, 2 times. No coffee. Card keys did not work well.

• It is very quaint and feels more private and intimate than the larger hotels in the area.
• The streets in new Orleans are noisy 24/7, so to get a good night's sleep, request a courtyard view.

“Very romantic. The w's cd is playing in your room from the time you walk in, which quickly sets the mood for a romantic stay. The courtyard is lovely, with a gorgeous fountain which distracts you from any street noise. Close enough to walk to shops and bourbon street.”

• Friendly staff, great location, luxurious king bed-did not want to leave bed.
• Two mornings no hot water for shower. Half hour later plenty of hot water.

• The service was excellent. The atmosphere was what you would want for this city.
• I liked everything.

“I have been to New Orleans before and was looking for a hotel that had the atmosphere of the French Quarters. This had atmosphere but the amenities of the larger hotels. The service was excellent. You truly felt as though you were their personal guest and they were there to please. The rooms were very nice and clean with the luxuries you would expect. I would recommend this hotel to friends and family. I will stay there when I return to New Orleans. Also, I felt very secure at this location. Many people are hesitant to return to New Orleans because of the crime but I felt very safe here.”

• Great atmosphere and location.
• Our room was small and didn't have a tub. but would stay again anyway.

“On our second day we turned away housekeeping and asked them to come back later. We left the hotel at 2:30 and reminded the front desk our room needed cleaning. Housekeeping did not return. It wasn't a big deal, just needed towels and wash cloths. The hotel is very nice and I would stay again. I could tell the housekeeping incident wasn't an everyday occurrence.”

• Decorations very modern and romantic setting.
• No hairdryer in room.

“Overall very excellent experience. this hotel offered many extras, including bath robes and a mini bar without the necessity of a key to unlock it. I also liked the fact that you must have a room key to enter the elevators. this was a plus for security.”

• Great location within heart of the French Quarter
• Parking overpriced at $30 a night

“An alternative to other French Quarter upscale, traditional hotels, the W add it trademark modern touch to an already great setting. Easy walking distance to any restaurant or attraction within the Quarter. Beautiful pool and patio courtyard with typical New Orleans flare. Would highly recommend for romantic weekend getaway in New Orleans.”
