• I loved the breakfast that was provided every morning.
• I think that the dining area needs to be bigger, because was always crowded.

• The rooms were nice.
• The manager is unprofessional and lacking in customer service.

“I stayed at the Hampton inn with a work group in October 2005. My group was overcharged by 2 rooms. The hotel manager said she was having trouble getting my credit card to accept the refund. Finally she stopped returning my phone calls and I still have not received a refund from her or customer assistance and it has been 5 months now and a lot of time and effort on my part. ”
