• The staff was very nice and friendly.
• It was a little confusing to find, but I liked how it was somewhat hidden from the main roads.

“We enjoyed staying here, but it was a quick stay. Didn't talk or need much. Glad the parking was free.”

• The staff was more than friendly, they were like friends. They had a great attitude.
• They needed to sauna and microwaves and mini-fridges in the room.

“This hotel was one of the best I've ever stayed in. It was clean and comfortable. It's location was awesome and the staff was always there to help with whatever you needed. It was my first time in that state and in that region and I almost loved the hotel more than the entire place.”

• Some mold in bathtub area.

“The hotel met my expection and more. The lobby and rooms are nicely decorated in a warm and cozy setting. I highly recommend this hotel not only for the class and comfort but for the services and friendliness of each staff member. The hotel is located near all the main attractions of the city of New Orleans, La.”

“Great bargain for the price and the location was perfect. I was disappointed that there was no true room service but there were so many surrounding restaurants that it did not make a significant difference. I would definitely consider it for the bargain price we paid!! ”

“The Courtyard by Marriott, located in Metairie, was excellent. It was in close proximity to the wedding we attended in New Orleans and the staff was very helpful and friendly. The Hotel was very clean and the room was nice and spacious.”
