“The first room had a bathroom that hadn't been cleaned. The second room's bathroom was a little better but the (non-smoking) room reeked of cigarette smoke and the sheets weren't changed. The on-shift clerk was reluctant to do anything for us, but called the general manager after an hour of me nagging him. We were moved to a third room and given breakfast on the house and it was finally okay. In the morning, my mother was unsatisfied with the compensation and complained some more. Don't stay here. The Ramada next door looks a lot better.”
