“My stay was great, but had a lot of trouble with the parking. Could not find a parking space, either time I tried to park. Had to have the hotel staff assist me. They were very nice and did not charge the parking fee.”

- The room was huge, including a couch, chair, great desk and nice bathroom, and in incredibly comfortable bed.
- The room looked out on a covered courtyard, so not a huge amount of natural light.
“I forgot my iPod charger, and the desk clerk brought his personal one in to lend to me, even though it was his day off. What a great customer service story!!”

- Walking distance from the ballpark.
- Lack of handicap parking, expensive internet access, understaffed, unequipped and poorly trained front desk staff.
“This was easily the worst hotel we stayed at on my 10 day/9 night trip. DJ event left little parking for guests. Front desk staff did not have an downtown St. Louis map and took one from the kiosk that was wonderfully inadequate. He didn't know the area to tell me how to get to Soullard district, and sent me in completely the opposite direction. I eventually found it on my own after driving through a sketch area. He was asking the housekeeping staff for directions? He couldn't give us a good breakfast location and sent us to hardies unacceptable. He was kind, trying to be helpful, but inexperienced at customer service and it showed. Room was not completely cleaned(hair on the floor in the bathroom). Sheraton hotels was not my preference anyway, so I would attempt to avoid them in the future when booking.”

- The room was wonderful and passed my expectations. 1st time I felt like the comforter was clean in a hotel.
- The pool water was cold and my daughter was shivering the whole time.

- I didn't like that the parking as it was $20 a night!

- We weren't expecting a suite, and this one was very large.
- Despite having room to sleep 6 without additional bedding, only got 3 sets of towels.

- I really enjoyed my stay and I would recommend it to anyone.
- The restaurant prices were very expensive. And the parking and valet prices were also high the only two things I did not like about the hotel.
“I would review this hotel as a good place to stay while in St. Louis. I hope to stay there again in the near future. The staff was friendly and very welcoming when we got there. The hotel was very clean and the pool area was clean, the water was a little bit on the cold side. The rooms were big and roomy and very clean. I did not like the prices of the valet parking or the parking it your self they were extremely expensive and your restaurant prices were also on the high side. That was the only downfall of the hotel I saw.”

- It was the most unfriendly hotel I have ever stayed in in my life!
“I will never stay at this most unfriendly hotel again. First it started, when we went to check in at 3:00 (which is check-in time and if they do not have any better cleaning staff than that then they need to hire some more cleaning help then) and the lady (which was so unfriendly) said there was no rooms ready it would be at least two hours before we could get our room and they were messing everyone around. So I wait about half an hour. So finally at about 3:45 we finally get a room. So after we get to our room we think we would take our son and go for a swim (boy was we wrong) before we leave to go do our evening fun and we get to the pool and we are met buy a man that says you can not go swimming there is a swimming party going on right now (one reason I stayed here is because you had a pool). Then we go to go to the parking garage after doing our thing that evening and there is no parking spots available on any of the floors so I go back down to the front and they man at valet desk says to me very rudely there is plenty parking so he says to me I will park it for you in valet parking. So when we get back to our room that evening and go in to take a shower there was only one towel in our room. So it was not a pleasant stay at all.”

- Upgraded our room at no extra cost!
- Check in scheduled for 3 - couldn't check in till 5.
“The hotel was nice, it was a gift for my sister & brother in law for their wedding night. The hotel staff was friendly, but due to a big football game we couldn't check into the room till 5 pm - I have a 4 month old child and we had to wait in the lobby for 2 extra hours - which was inconvenient. All in all - the newly-weds enjoyed their night and their room which is all that really matters in the end.”

“The rooms were spacious. The pool and sun deck were very nice and had a great view of the city and the hot tub was the perfect temperature although it was in less then perfect shape (I actually gashed my foot open on a tile). Overall, it was a great hotel.”

- Room service closed early, restaurant was closed, staff was not helpful.
“I had stayed at the hotel before and was blown away by the amazing service. This stay it was passable at best. Garage attendant wasn't present so we were trapped for 5 minutes. No apology for his absence. Room service closed their kitchen 10 minutes before their stated time.”

- No smoking room reeked of old smoke; overlooked the freeway; unwarranted fire alarm; rude clerk; pool deck closed.
“Beautiful place, seemed very deserted, kind of sad. Downtown St Louis is empty without the Cardinals, also sad, surrounding restaurants all closed. The clerk was extremely rude to the gentleman before me (I'm kind of bossy so he didn't try with me). Room service trays for other rooms were in the hall our whole visit (same trays). An outdoor pool deck is featured but was closed for the summer!”

- The entire family was very happy with the rooms, the location near shopping & Busch stadium.
- Unable to obtain extra washcloths, blankets or pillows after 7pm due to no personnel in the room service department.
“Great hotel, especially for families with older children. We rented two rooms; our kids [ages 15, 18 & 20] had the room next to us. Both rooms offered plenty of room for privacy and each had an extra TV for those who chose to stay up late. The five of us were able to meet in one room and comfortable watch a movie together. The staff was friendly and caring. Highly recommend.”
