• It had a very nice continental breakfast. The staff was very helpful and nice.
• The hotel was right next to I 10 and very noisy from the traffic, also there were a lot of young kids there partying till 3:30 am.

“The room was comfortable and clean. The only bad points was the very close location to I 10 and noisy traffic from the highway. The free breakfast was very good with plenty of selection and was kept well stocked.”

• I liked the proximity to my destination.
• Two or more lamps did not work or have working bulbs.

• The staff was friendly and helpful.
• Rooms offered me did not have microwave or fridge.

“Bed covers were not clean & smelled musty. Remote for TV did not work. No shuttle to & from the airport. No amenities such as lotion, shampoo, extra towels. This was a very bad experience for someone needing rest and recuperation.”

• Convenience to Interstate. Continental breakfast.
• Interstate noise, old elevator, no fridge, no microwave.

“Staff was not very friendly. I tried to check in at noon, but was told to "come back at 4pm", nothing further. Attendant did not offer to check if I indeed had a reservation or if I was at the right hotel. Previously I had gone 2 exits down to the wrong La Quinta. Room was on 3rd floor and elevator was old, jerky, and scary. Between the noise from the Interstate and AC unit in room, I barely got any sleep. Hotel location was conveniently close to Interstate and check-out was easy. Rooms have no fridge or microwave.”

• Convenience to up down New Orleans.
• Some one had smoked in oure room-no smoking room.

“Every thing was how I expected. The price we paid was within our budget. The Dennys restaurant next door was real convenient.”

• Front desk personnel was nice.
• Room smelled like urine, dirty towels, open soap, soap holder was broken in bathtub.

“Room smelled like urine. Dirty towels lying on the floor upon arriving to room. Soap & shampoo bottles in the tub area was opened. Trash had not been taken out. Soap holder in tub was broken and lying in the tub. Notified front desk, never was fixed during our stay. Tub never was cleaned during our stay. Husband and I will not recommend La Quinta Hotels to anyone. Horrible experience.”

• The staff was not friendly and very unprofessional.

• One exit from airport. Clean & comfy.
• I found nothing wrong here.

“Just one exit over from the airport. This facility was clean and comfortable. The staff was professional. Many accommodations in New Orleans are less that ideal; however, this one was just fine.”

• Front desk employee misses Mildred.
• Small black flies were in the room.

“This is a very nice hotel with clean comfortable rooms. The lobby continental breakfast is excellent and a front desk employee Named Mildred really makes you feels like family.”

• The location was sort of hard to find.

• Its location was convenient.
• Breakfast was poor, free internet did not work most of the time.

“I tried several times to resolve the internet issues, but did not. The continental breakfast was very poor; just view things to choose from and several times they were out of that product. We had asked for a refrigerator and a maintenance man was swift to take care of us.”

• It was clean and the overall interaction with the staff was pleasant.
• The ladies that I initially met when checking in were rude, after checking in I thanked them and wish them a good evening and they didn't even respond.

“The hotel is clean and the decor is pleasant, the washer and dryer was big help's will definitely come back, and tell friends, family and coworkers about your hotel. I have stayed at la quintal hotels before and know I can always depend on a clean pleasant room.”

“The LaQuinta was a very nice place to stay. We found the staff to be very polite and helpful and knowledgeable regarding the surrounding area. Far enough from downtown New Orleans to be away from the crowds but close enough to be just a short drive away. ”
