• The staff was amazingly warm and friendly and the location (While out of the way) was nice!
• The business center's computers could use an upgrade but they were usable.

“When we first arrived (Road weary to say the least) we were greeted by one of the friendliest clerks I've ever had the pleasure of dealing with. The room was nice, the location was a little out of the way,
but it felt much safer because of it and it was all around a great stay. Thanks!”

• It was next door to the wedding facilities that I attended.
• The first room I was in sounded like I was in the boiler room.

• Shuttle service to and from airport excellent feature. Convenient to a casino.
• Other than one member of the front desk staff and the shuttle driver
  customer service was lacking. Lots of bad attitude.

“Overall, good property for quick stay. One night is the most I would stay here. Airport shuttle is free and convernient. Room condition was
ok not great. Under three stars. Location was decent. Not in a bad area. Near the lake and casino which was nice for one night. Not a place for romantics but decent value for the money. Breakfast was not great and was overpriced. Staff at breakfast was terrible.”

• Bedding was super! Extra great desk staff.
• Confusing with multiple hotel in the airport area with the similar name.

“Free shuttle from the airport to hotel. Know complete hotel name as there are several from the same chain in the area. Wonderful front desk staff. Little snack shop/mini store open 24 hrs by desk. Recommend purchasing sunscreen since airports didn't allow it. Bedding was down filled and wonderful! Spacious room. Absolutely would stay here again.”

• Airport shuttle very convenient.
• There was hair (head and body) on the floor of the bathroom.

“Very good experience, the complimentary airport shuttle was perfect. It allowed us to travel with no worries or extra expense.”

• Bed was comfortable; hotel clean.
• So far out from downtown.

• Huge king bed and room, free shuttle to/from airport!

“Great value for the price. Fairly close to the airport and complimentary shuttle available. Very spacious. Staff were overly courteous.”

• Very clean hotel with friendly staff.
• No receipt given at checkout.

“Hotel was easily accessible from highway, check-in was very friendly however upon check-out they could not provide me with a receipt.”

• I was happy to check out.
• The rooms were very dirty.

“The room was filthy; blood was actually splattered on one wall. The hotel did agree to put us in a new room. However, this room had hair all over the towels.”

• The bedding was amazing.
• The Restaurant was not open very long in the morning. Especially the morning after Mardi gras. Everyone wants to sleep in after Mardi gras.

• Cleanliness, Bedding smelled and looked great. Wonderful location.
• Noisy outside our door.

“I was very please to arrive at the hotel and find beautiful decor, pleasant and friendly desk clerks. The place looked well kept and clean. I found the bed to be sanitary which is extremely important to me.”

• I didnt care for this hotel,It was too close to a gambling boat.

“The hotel was fine.Very nice staff.I did not care for the guest,they were gambling boat types.Too many obnoxious people staying at that hotel.”

• Great location, right across from the marina and the casino. Only ten minutes from downtown.
• Trouble locating a luggage cart when we arrived for check in.

“Nice rooms and the beds were very comfortable. Friendly and helpfull staff made our stay enjoyable. The hotel is right across from lake Poncatraine and the marina (nice park and good access to the lake). The Treasure Chest casino is just across the parking lot and has a shuttle that will pick you up at the lobby. The only drawback was slightly small rooms. However they were nicely done and everything in them worked great.”
