• Employee volunteered to move luggage from car to room (I had a baby with me, and my hands full).
• "Do Not Disturb" signs were completely ignored!

“Liked: Rooms are fairly spacious, two computers and printers in business center, helpful staff. Fridge and microwave in room handy for any restaurant leftovers you might bring back. Disliked: Housekeeping knocked and entered rooms with "DO NOT DISTURB" signs in lock slot! Bright exterior spotlights shine into rooms. Sparse breakfast buffet with no fruit.”

• Would not or could not give us a suite that we booked.

“The stay at the Wingate hotel was great. The breakfast was one of the best I had. The location was very easy to get to.”
