• Location.
• Everything else.

“The room smelled funny and had paint peeling.The bed and furniture in the room was uncomfortable. This is more of a motel than a hotel. I was extremely disappointed with this place. It should be taken off the list of hotels.”

• Price.
• No lobby, no breakfast.

“This hotel would be best for someone living temporarily in the area. It is literally only a room, no other services. The desk closes at night with a metal cage. We had to call on our cell phone to get the clerk to come out and check us in. The room was clean and comfortable.”

• It was close to family that lives in Kenner.
• No pool, not very clean.

“There is nothing to tell. I wouldn't stay at this hotel again.”

• The room was clean, air conditoning excellent, the kitchen was a plus.
• Poor visual access from the road, the worst, cheap pillows, I had to use towels.

“The room was very pleasant and the air-conditioning was excellent. However, they provide big, cheap foam rubber pillows that are impossible to sleep on unless you're sleeping with a chiropractor. Although the mattress was firm and comfortable the pillows interfered with my sleep. They need help. Also visual access from the road is very poor.
The staff was very helpful and, except for the pillows it's a good.”

• Nice kitchen arrangement and large bathroom.
• No amenities, no icemakers, no pool.

“The hotel was at a convenient location, it was safe and it was clean. Can recommend for long stays as it had a fully equipped kitchen. Only once a week maid service.”
