• Good location for business in Kenner & surrounding area.
• Rude & uncaring behavior of front desk staff.

“Average economy hotel, good for business travel near airport. Good deny restaurant at property.”

• I hated this hotel will never stay here again.

“I have complained to the general manager of this hotel. I received very poor customer service which included no parking, no hot water, and no clean towels. I will never stay at this hotel again and I would not recommend it to anyone.”

• Staff, convent to airport van to airport.
• In bad need of repairs and updates. Everything very shabby.

“The hotel is still repairing it self from the 2005 hurricanes and many of the rooms on the lower levels are still under repair. The room old and the two chairs in the room were falling apart. Also the microwave had a huge dent in and the bedspread and shower curtain had cigarette burns in it. The carpet was stained and one of the knobs in the shower was broken. The pool was dirty looking. On the plus side the staff was very friendly and the hotel is right across the street from the airport. They have a free van ride to take you there. Also a Denny's is there (we did not use it). Also a very poorly maintained 'fitness' room. The rooms all open to the outside, so there were noisy people walking around all the time. The property is poorly lit especially near the elevators. We did not like it. Be sure to deadbolt your door!”

• It was old, with new paint.

• Location to my new job.
• Housekeeping didn't consistently clean my room. I was skipped over several times.

“The staff at the front desk were very nice and friendly. As I stated, housekeeping didn't clean my room consistently and I complained about it. I was told they would tell a manager. A manager never spoke to me about this. Housekeeping also didn't always refill my supplies. I had to keep going to the front desk and asking for towels or toilet paper.”

• Nothing.
• Electrical outlet didn't work, ac didn't work had to move during the night, no maid service.

“Located right across the street from the airport.Had a million cars in the parking lot. I felt like I was sleeping in a traffic jam. Did not feel safe. Keys to room only worked sometimes and are also keys to parking, so while your key isn't working there are people behind you waiting. The exterior is dirty, the place looks like it's falling down. I do not ever want to stay here again!”

• It was VERY close to the airport
• The rooms were not in the best of conditions nor were they in the safest part of town.

“This hotel serves the function of being very near the airport. I can't say that I felt very safe there nor was I impressed by the room conditions but it did serve it's purpose of giving us a cheap place to sleep for the few hours we were there. I would not recommend it for a long term stay.”

• The room was dirty and the staff was rude and ignorant.
• Every thing was awful

“Unknowledgeable staff and very rude. Dirty lobby and the outside of the hotel smelled like old dirty trash and the bathroom was dirty”
